| The Sui character is a unique character of the Sui nationality and is known as the "living hieroglyph".The Sui book has rich content and it contains many knowledge and laws of the Sui nationality,guiding the life of Sui’s family.As an ancient character still using today,Sui character is not only the carrier of Sui culture,but also provides us with the text and entry point to explore the history of the Sui nationality,and at the same time it has become a world cultural heritage with its vigorous vitality.The simplicity,nature,juvenile form and primitive and original aesthetic connotation of the Sui character also make it have a good application space in modern visual communication design,which also caters to the aesthetics of people.This thesis takes the Sui character as the research object,from the perspective of art design,contrary to the lack of innovative inheritance form of the current Sui character and the lack of systematic research in the design application field.Based on the in-depth understanding of the Sui nationality and the Sui character,The modeling features of the characters,the characteristics of the national symbols,and the characteristics of the artistic symbols are the starting points,giving a summary discussion about Sui character.At the same time,through the analysis of the existing Sui character design application cases and research results,the advantages and problems in design and application are summarized,then obtained the way of Sui character in visual design application.Through these research,on the one hand,enhances the application value of Sui character,enriches the design elements and connotation of modern visual design,highlights regional characteristics and national characteristics;on the other hand,it also provides a protection for Sui character.through the channels of art design,let more people know,understand,and digest Sui character,though these pathways,make Sui character has better inherit and protection. |
