Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline points out: teachers should respect students' personality and pay attention to individual differences.They should give the different learning needs for different students,and create an educational environment that can guide students to actively participate in learning,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,cultivate students' attitude and ability to master and apply knowledge,so that every student can be fully developed.New curriculum standard of junior middle school English pointed out: English curriculum should face all students and pay great attention to the quality education.This requires teachers to face all students in the teaching process and lay a foundation for students' all-round development and lifelong development.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the all-round development of students,However,through the collation and analysis of relevant research materials,it is found that there are still some students who are not good at English in the basic education stage,and these students who are at a learning disadvantage have not been paid attention to,or even ignored.Therefore,through classroom observation,interview and diary,the author investigates the present situation of junior English students from the aspects of students,teachers,parents and schools.Based on the analysis of the causes of English underachievers in junior one,this paper puts forward some effective transformation strategies.Through classroom observation and interviews,this study analyzes that the student's study motive is not strong,the study manner is not correct,the study troublesome method is not good.Teachers' vision is backward in teaching,and their teaching method and teaching evaluation are single.It leads students give up learning English.In the family,the parents' education level is low,the parents' attention to the children's study is not enough,and the family relationship is relatively distant.The school teaching vision is single,the school teaching investment is not enough.It also influence students' English studying.Based on the above reasons,this study proposes the relevant conversion strategies from students,teachers,parents and schools.Firstly,we should increase student's study motive,correct student's study manner and explore the correct study method;English teachers should improve their own quality,improve their teaching methods and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Then,parents should pay more attention to their children's study,establish harmonious family relations and create a strong learning atmosphere.It helps students to reduce psychological burden.Finally,the school should sublimate teaching vision and strengthen teaching input.Student can learn English in a good environment and improve their grades.
