Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Organization And Management Of Cultural Tourism Activities In Xinning County, Hunan Province

In recent years,culture has kept its popular momentum while tourism has gradually become the driving force to lead people's life towards the better.Thanks to the reform tide in China,cultural and tourism industries have established their vigorous interlinks with the cultural tourism emerging as a new hot spot.Following this trend,scenic spots across China are all competing to create a series of new tourism activities with cultural theme based on festivals and local customs,thus significantly enriching the tourism industry and promoting its economic benefit.Langshan Scenic Spot,a 5A National Scenic Spot in China,saw a sluggish tourism market in the past though,have heat up thanks to the introduction of several major cultural tourism activities.Now it has seen its name and reputation rising and local economy and tourism industry continuously growing.But still,there are many problems gradually appearing in the organization and management of cultural tourism activities,calling for improvement to drive the cultural tourism forward and realize the the integration of culture and tourism.This paper adopts literature research and case study as its method to analyze the current situation and problems of the organization and management of cultural tourism activities in Xinning County of Hunan Province.In addition,the paper in five parts sets out to give possible solutions herein with emphasis on the third and fourth chapters.The first part features the brief introduction,introducing the research subject and the relevant information collected.The introduction part mainly includes the background and significance of the topic,the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the research contents and ideas of this paper,etc.The first chapter elaborates the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,including the concepts,characteristics,types,development and so forth of cultural tourism,cultural tourism activitiesand their organization and management.The second chapter focuses on the current situation of the organization and management of cultural tourism activities in Xinning County,Hunan Province.It is mainly about the basic situation of Xinning County,Hunan Province,cultural tourism activities and the basic situation of organization and management of these activities.While the third chapter sets out to analyse the main problems and their root causes,pointing out the main problems existing in the organization and management of cultural tourism activities in Xinning County,Hunan Province,and analyzing the causes of these problems in a progressive manner.The fourth chapter puts its emphasis on the solutions and suggestions.In light of the actual situation of cultural tourism activities in Xinning County,Hunan Province,this chapter aims to provide effective and practicable solutions and suggestions to tackle the main problems existing in the organization and management of cultural tourism activities in Xinning County,Hunan Province.Specific solutions and suggestions are given as follows: improving government efficiency,opening up new resources and reducing expenditure,consolidating human resources management,enhance and develop roundly.
