For a city,street scenery is the most important scene that the city presents to people.Regardless of the numerous tall buildings,the simple and elegant streets,or various greening designs,have become a unique cultural symbol of a city.From ancient times till now,whether at home or abroad,there is a cultural phenomenon in its unique form in the streets and lanes.This is the "moving" street scene-"street artists".In mainland China,with the meticulous urban planning work and the unclear division between street artists and beggars,the living space of street artists has been squeezed repeatedly.In addition to Beijing,there are some "licensed" street artists in Shanghai,most of them in quasi-first-line and second-and third-line cities are on the edge of image city appearance.On the other side of the Strait,Taiwan’s "Rules for Permitting Street Artists to Engage in Arts and Literature Activities" was formally adopted and implemented in April 1994.The measures stipulate.Street artists who have obtained permits for activities may engage in Arts and literature activities in urban public spaces within the scope prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.The twice-yearly examinations for street performers in counties and cities determine whether they are qualified to perform on the streets in this area.In the form of documentaries,the author uses subjective documentary techniques to record the living conditions of Ye Zuting,a recent graduate of Shixin University in Taipei,in his work as a street artist.Through communication and interviews,as well as the way of integrating into life,the author deeply explores his mental journey of dream and realistic choice after graduation.During the shooting process,the audiences were also shown the process form of examinations and management of Taiwan street artists.By restoring the real living conditions of street artists across the Strait and the career choice process of the new generation of young people,some reflections are brought to the audience.The author elaborates the documentary in the form of papers,studies the connotation of Taiwan’s street culture and the characteristics of Taiwan’s management model for street artists,and explores why the new generation of young people in Taiwan choose street artists as their own development direction in career planning,as well as the reasons why Taiwan has become a major pop music town in the street culture level.In this regard,the development of mainland music and street culture,put forward reference value.Moreover,in the process of single shooting and documentary production,the author has some thoughts on the low-cost documentary from topic selection to single shooting,as well as the later editing and the use of sound.Through summary,the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement of similar shooting after that.
