"Sun bin art of war" unearthed from the han tomb of yin que mountain,not only provides an important material support for the study of warring states military thoughts and culture,but also is a precious language material for us to explore ancient Chinese.This article will pick the noun as the research object,to exhaustive statistics and analysis,it tries to reveal the warring states period of Chinese vocabulary characteristics of word-formation methods,explore the ancient Chinese nouns semantic and syntactic functions,analyzes the different tactics of sun bin and suntzu.The paper consists of the following six parts.The introduction part expounds the bamboo version of "sun bin art of war" and its research results,the research status of ancient Chinese nouns,the meaning of "sun bin art of war" and the source of materials and research methods used in this paper.The first chapter mainly discusses the formation of the nouns in sun bin art of war,which is divided into monosyllabic word and disyllabic or polysyllabic word.Through investigation,it is found that monosyllabic word occupy the main part of the total number of nouns,Some are cognates.There are three types:structure of coordination,attributive structure,and control structure,among which attributive structure is the largest.The second chapter combines semantic and grammatical meaning classification to construct a multi-level noun system."Sun bin art of war,nouns include two broad categories:the realm of man and the realm of heaven,four broad categories including character nouns,material nouns,non-biological nouns and nouns,and twenty broad categories including personal nouns.The third chapter gives an exhaustive description of the six syntactic elements and nine semantic roles played by the nouns in sun bin art of war.By comparing the similarities and differences of the syntactic functions of various nouns,it is found that Chinese word meaning and syntactic function have strong correspondence,which verifies the rationality of word meaning classification in this paper from the perspective of syntactic form.The fourth chapter classifies and compares the nouns in sun bin art of war and sun tzu's art of war,lists the same and different nouns,and discusses the similarities and differences in the ideological content of the two books through the distribution of the number of nouns.The study finds that the two books share similar views on the prudent approach to war,the observance of the rules of war,the emphasis on strategic planning,and the use of conditions conducive to war.The ideological content of the two books is different in that sun tzu's art of war attaches importance to the discussion of "qi zheng" and "jian",while sun bin's art of war pays more attention to the clarification of 'shi" and "zhen".The epilogue summarizes some main conclusions of "sun bin art of war" and points out the aspects that this paper needs to improve in the future.
