This article is based on the Chinese Characters Error of Sun Yat-Sen University,searching for the phonogram character errors of European-American students between intermediate level 1 and 4,and dividing the errors into two categories:typos and other characters for statistical analysis.Due to the characteristics of foreign students who is not in the Chinese Character Culture Circles and the laws of Chinese characters,learning Chinese characters has always been a key point and a difficult point to them.Many studies have been conducted from the perspective of beginners to explore how to teach Chinese characters.But we believe that the Chinese character acquisition has different characteristics during different stage.Therefore,this paper attempts to take the intermediate-level European and American students as the research object,and takes their phonogram character errors as the entry point,collecting the phonogram character errors via the corpus,then summarizing the research and exploring the causes of the phonogram character errors in this stage based on the data analysis.Finally this article proposes relevant teaching strategies in combination with relevant theories.This article divides the phonogram character errors into two categories:typos and other characters,and then subdivides the subcategories.And then this paper attributes the reasons of these errors from four aspects:Negative transfer of mother tongue,Negative transfer of target language knowledge,Learning strategy,and Teaching environment.The reasons for the incorporation express as:the cognitive bias caused by the particularity of the phonogram;the characteristics of the middle-level European-American learners;the traditional teaching mode leads to poor learning.Finally,based on the reasons for induction,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the teaching of the phonogram characters,wishing to contribute to the teaching of the phonogram characters. |
