Through summarizing and analyzing the practical experience,this paper expounds how to do a good job of assistant stage lighting designer and stage lighting designer in grasping all aspects of design by means of practical examples.Among them,there are two parts about how to do a good job as a stage lighting designer assistant.They respectively elaborate the two questions of "the duties of the designer assistant" and "how to make the console fast".The stage lighting designer's grasp of all aspects of the design elaborated five problems,namely "pre-synthesis","communication with the director","time grasp by the lighting designer","lighting design in black box" and "lighting design in tour according to local conditions".
