Turnover intention refers to the employees in an organization after a period of time, deliberate intention to leave the organization, it is directly influence factors of employee turnover behavior, will have a great impact on economic development to the organization. The generation of employee turnover intention and will be affected by the objective variables such as organizational environment. Perceptions of organizational politics is the individual in the organization of a subjective feeling about organizational political behavior, it will affect employees turnover intention. Therefore, this article mainly discusses the relationship between the perceptions of organizational politics and turnover intention.This article through questionnaire such as perceptions of organizational politics, turnover intention, organization trust, proactive personality survey to employees in the Tianjin enterprises and institutions, results450questionnaires were recovered,443valid questionnaires, the effective rate is98%. Using SPSS, AMOS data analysis software to analyze data, the results prove that:(1) Demographic variables such as sex, age, work experience, labor relationship type and enterprise property, influenced perceptions of organizational politics, turnover intention, organization trust.(2) All dimensions of perceptions of organizational politics have significant positive correlation with turnover intention, and have significant negative correlation with three dimensions of organization trust.(3) Perceptions of organizational politics have significant prediction effects on turnover intention. (4) Organization trust partially mediates the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and turnover intention, such that perceptions of organizational politics have both direct and an indirect effect on turnover intention.(5) Proactive personality moderates the relationship between two dimensions of perceptions of organizational politics(self-interested behavior、colleague relations) and turnover intention, such that the relationship is stronger for low proactive personality than it is for high proactive personality.
