As the head communicate community in the current photography field,TuChong community has the unique advantages of high-quality photographer resources and great community atmosphere.At present,the TuChong community wants to seize the opportunity of the rapid development of mobile photography,make a user sink to the photography amateurs,and try to transform itself into a mobile photography sharing community.In this paper,main applicat two research methods,in-depth interview and participatory observation.On the one hand,the materials used are partly from interview different operational staffs and community users at different levels;on the other hand,combined with the observations during myself work as an operator in TuChong.The content of this paper is divided into five parts:firstly,analyze the development status of photography APP.Secondly,through an in-depth study of the TuChong community.Thirdly,analysis of TuChong community user sinking method:including the user sinking channels,the content adjustment and the method for the new users promoting.Then,dis-cussing the positive and negative effects of user sinking,compre-hensively analyze the effect of adopting user sinking and transformation strategy of TuChong community,determine if there is really a need for user sinking.Finally,the user sinking experience from Tu-Chong community can provides some reference value for other pro-fessional applications when they deciding whether to conduct user sinking. |
