| Online Chinese Teaching is a veiy popular way of teaching with good prospect in recent years.It provides a possibility for teachers and students in different places to complete the teaching activities together.Based on the particularity of Online Chinese Teaching,it is very important to choose effective teaching methods when people do online teach.The author takes North Hall High School of Georgia as an example.Task-based Teaching in Online Teaching courses can make students acquire Chinese knowledge and gain Chinese communication skills when they do tasks.Thus,teachers and students can do the best in Teaching and Learning.Based on this,the research content of this paper is mainly as follows:First of all,the author introduces the reasons why he chooses this thesis topic,the purpose of research,research significance,and the research methods used in the process of paper writing.Meanwhile,the author summarizes the previous research findings.In the first chapter,according to the relevant research,the author summarizes the characteristics and development of Online Chinese teaching.Through the comparison of the two forms of Online Chinese teaching and traditional face-to-face teaching,the author analyzes the advantages of Online Chinese teaching mode,such as breaking the limitation of time and space,small investment,student-centered,cultivating students’ network learning thinking and so on.At the same time,it also has some shortcomings,such as high difficulty in classroom management,difficult to cultivate students’ writing ability,low opening rate and so on.Through comparative analysis,it can be found that under the two different teaching forms,teachers also have differences in the design of teaching activities and the choice of teaching methods.Through the research and analysis of American foreign language teaching standards in the 21st century,it is found that task-based teaching can conform to American foreign language teaching standards,and task-based teaching is feasible.The second chapter,the author designs the tasks at first,according to the analysis of the teaching background,combined with the authenticity principle,coherence principle,maneuverability principle and practicality principle of the task design.The types of tasks are divided into individual tasks and team tasks.A total of five tasks were designed,such as "clothes and colors","weather forecasters","everyone’s hobbies","making curriculum","school and direction" and so on.The designed teaching tasks are analyzed in the form of case analysis.In the third chapter,based on the practical teaching cases,the task-based teaching in Online Chinese teaching mode is evaluated in the form of lead teacher evaluation,student evaluation and teacher self-evaluation.Through the evaluation of teaching,this author analyzes that the application of task teaching in American Online Chinese teaching can improve students’ oral English ability,combine teaching with practice,improve students’ participation and improve teaching efficiency.Accelerate the learning process,weaken some of the shortcomings of distance teaching and other advantages.At the same time,it is difficult to carry out task teaching in the form of Online Chinese teaching,and the design of task also has corresponding limitations.Finally,on the basis of the case analysis,the author puts forward the teaching suggestions of teachers,students and schools,as well as the expectation and prospect of the related research in the future. |
