A Study On The Creation Of Group Portraits Based On Group Photos

The theme of my graduation creation is the study of oil painting language expression based on group portraits.The reference materials chosen by the author are photos left by different times,memorials of daily life or confirmation or commemorative photos of some historical events,which the author will make a great effort to express in a specific form.The events of collective remembrance always happen around us.The author hopes to find a special kind of oil painting language to express these contents with age characteristics,to express the spiritual features and characteristics of the characters in a specific historical period through a sense of form,to complete the creative work in the artistic form similar to point,line and surface,and to give the invisible inner spirit a visible form and color,and to put the form into practice.Integrating with profound spiritual content,it highlights the spiritual world behind natural phenomena.The author tries to find a kind of contemporary painting language to express the passion and spirit of the nation,to express the narrative of the painting with his own painting form language,to create a kind of painting that can convey the spirit of things,and to show the beauty of reality that "I" see,to explore the psychological activities of people in the depths of the soul,and to touch the spirit of people.
