Observation And Practice—the Dispelled Roadblocks And My Creative Experience

In this paper,it firstly introduces the final presentation of the creation of roadblock theme,which also explains the creative process.In the first stage of creation,I like to walk around the street,and I can always find something that is ignored by people.At the same time,I can come into contact with "road observation." Through an accidental opportunity,I come into contact with roadblock,and begin the creation with the theme of roadblock.As for the creation at this time,it stays at the level of collection and recording,which mainly reflects the functionality of the roadblock itself.As for the second stage of creation,it is my continuous attention to roadblock and thinking about whether roadblock can be seen as a symbol in the picture just like Dali' s clocks and Warhol' s cans.However,it is found that the picture became illogical and is more like nonsense when the symbol is used in large quantities.At this point,I begin to reflect on this purposeful way of using roadblock symbols.At the third stage of creation,it can be seen that Francis·Ellis is a true road observer,who has made a series of boring,absurd works by wandering in the middle of the city.As a result,it has inspired me to dispel the functionality of roadblocks in my next creation,so as to make roadblocks become a boring,absurd and meaningless existence in the picture.At the fourth stage of the creation,it is found that the deliberate digestion of the roadblock is just one of my wishful thinking,which will not easily lose meaning as long as roadblock exists.At this time,I come into contact with the works of Louise·Bourgeois,who has a series of sculptures about spiders.The flexible use of spider image by Bourgeois has inspired me,which makes me realize that I should get rid of the control of roadblock,take the initiative to use the image of roadblock,and use them freely in creation.Meanwhile,it has made me clear of my observation method,which has also made reach the state of free and fast creation.Finally,the creation related to the roadblock subject matters is more closer to the real feelings of my heart.
