The Inspiration Of Li Shinan's Ink Character Style To My Creation

As the most outstanding and lonely loner in contemporary art,Li Shinan is considered to be one of the most comprehensive figures in Chinese contemporary painters who have been influenced by traditional art.In the Chinese traditional paintings,he has painstakingly explored the path to modernity and the future,and built a unique system of symbols and styles.While inheriting the tradition,it also gave a reasonable absorption of the style and color of Western painting.The style of the painting has changed and the style of the work is generally heavy and melancholy.Li Shinan’s positioning for himself is an "emotional" painter.The vivid emotional tendency in his works is the true expression of his current state of mind.The form of ink and brush has become a faithful record of the instantaneous form of emotion.In terms of subject matter,the realm of meaning in the works goes beyond the content of the predecessors’ seclusion and detachment,and tries to refine the artistic realm that matches the contemporary people’s spiritual temperament from real life.In terms of techniques,it combines the great achievements of Chinese traditional art,perfects and refines the most vital expressions of tradition,forms the artistic style of his own unique modern freehand characters,and demonstrates a comprehensive,pure and subtle traditional artistic accomplishment..In the process of inheritance and innovation of Chinese painting,on the basis of not changing the traditional ink and its taste,the performance of ink painting is explored as much as possible.As a representative of the new ink language,he has the value of inheriting the past and creating the future.This paper is divided into three chapters,which specifically analyzes the ideological origin,artistic achievements and influence of Li Shinan’s character painting style.The focus of the research is the influence of the style characteristics of Li Shinan’s figure painting on my creation.
