As a common phenomenon in job-seeking programs, like Only You,interruption has strong identification characteristics of job-hunting programs.Guided by the theory of conversational analysis, this paper explores the interruption of the four communicative subjects on the scene of Only You.We classify the interruption in Only You from three aspects: the identity of the interrupter, the function of interruption, and the way of interruption. From the perspective of the identity of interrupters, interruptions can be divided into four categories:the interruptions implemented by the host, the interrupts implemented by the boss, the interrupts implemented by the players and the interrupts implemented by human resources experts. From the perspective of interruption function, interruption can be divided into cooperative interruption and conflict interruption. From the way of interruption, interruption can be divided into two categories:signal type interruption and non-signal type interruption. It is found that the way of interruption and the function of interruption are different among people with different identities. We also make a pragmatic analysis of interruption in Only You,and found that in addition to the influence of the principles of cooperation and politeness, the powerful relationship has a strong impact on the way of interruption and the function of interruption. Finally,we discuss the interruption strategies with its own characteristics in only you,and some inspirations brought to the host, the applicant and the interviewer. This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for relevant language studies through a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of speech interruption in Only You.
