Xiasui town was a frontier royal frontier vassal town set up by the tang dynasty in the northwest of China.Before the huangchao uprising,it always played a historical role in defending the tubo kingdom,supporting the frontier town,pacifying the rebellion,and guarding the capital and kinki.Xiasui town,with its unique geographical advantages and strong historical heritage,has the absolute qualification to become one of the eight towns in northwest Beijing.The central government of tang dynasty and the strength of the tribes decided to make xiasui town a double-edged sword,which could not only resist the invasion of the tribes,but also become a hidden danger in the border areas.The huangchao uprising became a major turning point in the history of xiasui town.The deterioration of the natural environment and the intensification of ethnic contradictions have become the important factors leading to the end of xiasui town.It is unique to review and study the development course of xiasui town,which can provide reference for today's sisui town research.
