On The Essays Of Contemporary Jiangsu Scholars (1990-2017)

The rising of the scholar prose is the phnominar which cannot be ignored in the field of 90s,Compared with the general proses,it has a unique aesthetic feature,and has a breakthrough and innovation significance The emergence of scholars' prose has changed the proses of political standardization into personal and emotional proses that can express themself,and has broadened the scope of proses.Since the 1990s,"the diversity of cultural composition in Jiangsu,the optimization of literary ecology,and the multiplicity of authorship" have created a new discourse space for prose writing by Jiangsu writers.For example,some professors,professional writers,and editors of famous universities who are renowned as "scholars,critics,and researchers",such as Peisong Fan,Jianyong Xia,Zhenzhong Fei,Gongzheng Wu,Jian Dong,Fan Ding,Binbin Wang,and Xie Wang all have crossed the border to participate in prose creation.They employ scholars' unique perspectives to expand the culture boundaries of prose,abandon rigid and obscure styles to break through the norms of traditional prose,and depict historical humanities and real life.Their proses are distinguished in ways that the spiritual pattern of their writing has moistened the hearts of many readers.It can be said that Jiangsu scholars'prose is an important force to promote the development of contemporary Jiangsu prose.This paper mainly focuses on the connotation of scholars' prose,the causes of the prose of Jiangsu scholars,the form of writing and the spiritual melting of scholars in writing,and tries to generalize the status of Jiangsu scholars' prose writing since the 1990s.This article argues that scholar's prose should be defined from the following two aspects:subject and text manifestation characteristics;the aesthetic style of Jiangsu scholar's prose is closely related to the regional characteristics and cultural traditions of Jiangsu;the creation of Jiangsu scholars' prose is diverse,in spite of the several similarities that are mainly reflected in:the writing of historical figures,the description of geographical features,the narrative of history and times;the influence of Jiangsu scholars' academic spirit on their prose creation.On this basis,this paper tries to make some reflections on Jiangsu scholars' prose.
