Research On The Influence Of Chinese Film And Television On The Language Skills And Cultural Identity Of Sudanese Chinese Learners

Along with the progress of China's relations with Sudan,the numbers of the Sudanese learners of the Chinese language are increasing.With this Chinese craze Chinese film and television began gaining popularity.So watching Chinese film and television is not only an activity for fun,but also an activity to learn Chinese.Chinese film and television can provide a real language environment for people whom are not in China.Through the survey and interview method,this paper tries to understand the influence of Chinese film and television on the language skills and cultural identification of the Chinese language learners in Sudan.The main contents of this paper are divided into survey report,interview result report,research and analysis of language skills and cultural identification of Chinese language learners in Sudan,and how to see Chinese films and videos in learning Chinese.In order to get effective results,the author surveyed,interviewed and analyzed students of the Chinese Department of Khartoum University.After the analysis,the author concludes that the Chinese film and television does help to improve the Chinese language skills and cultural identification.It can not only improve the ability of listening,oral skills and reading,but also enrich the vocabulary,and increase the ability of cultural identification.In the first part,the results of the survey report,the author has prepared 20 questions in the questionnaire in order to understand the targeted student's personal information and then see what their views on Chinese films,what kind of influence they got through film and television,but also understand what's on their opinion the most influential film or TV work.The second part,the interview results report,the author also prepared 10 interview questions,through social media interviewed the students,in order to further understand their views and influence on Chinese film and television,and also to know what kind of problems they encounter.The third part,the author made an analysis of the impact on Sudanese Chinese language learners in listening,reading and vocabulary aspects.Finally,the author stated some advices and ways of watching Chinese film and television to attain good effects,and prepared some suggestions.
