An Analysis Of The Implication Of Lin Liang And Zhu Diying's Paintings

The pursuit of the performance of Chinese painting is not only the vivid image,the beauty of things,but also to pursue the spiritual of the seclusion in the painting.Each stage of Chinese painting art developing to maturity,all the painting images nourished by different cultural experiences during each era,the aesthetic value of painting images have been enriched and developed.As the eagle image be with rich cultural connotation,but in the different times and different cultural backgrounds,the aesthetic value of eagle image shows two kinds of value orientation of "derogatory and commendatory".At the same time,along with the sublimation of literati and artists in the past dynasties,the artists endow the eagle images with rich spiritual implications in their paintings,thus adding a deep expression to cultural and artistic works.Literati and painters,through the artistic processing of Eagle images,disseminated their spiritual pursuits in the limited pen and ink for readers to enjoy,so as to achieve the purpose of conveying their spiritual aspirations.The artistic style and connotation of the eagle theme painting have been enriched by the different performances of the artists of the past dynasties.The artistic style and connotation of Linliang and Bsdashanren have endowed with a unique artistic characteristic.Both of Lin Liang and Badashanren had created lots of painting works about eagle theme.They used different ink languages,composition forms in their paintings about eagle theme with their unique painting style and spiritual connotation.On the bases of landscape painting style of Mayuan and Xiagui in Nan Song dynasty,Linliang created the impressionistic flower and bird painting style with large pen and thick ink.While Badashanren,according to the eagle nature poses and on the basis of former paintrs,presented the impressionistic flower and bird painting artistic style by ink and water.Both of them created successfully the eagle images with the spiritual aspirations of brave,tenacity and struggle.For their eagle theme paintings,there are not only a different artistic styles but also contents a different spiritual connotation.In the thesis,I managed to explore the inner reasons of their different connotation of eagle images in their paintings by the different ink languages and composition forms.At the same time,I conclude the enlightenment for my works creating from the ink languages and composition forms of the two former painting masters.
