Wang Huizu,a famous legal advisor as well as a good official who has remarkable achievements in the Qing Dynasty,assisted governance for 34 years and worked as official for 5 years,galloping officialdom nearly 40 years,who has rich experience in governance.He is also good at summarizing and absorbed from his experiences and lessons for years and wrote five official books "Zuozhi Yaoyan","Xuzuozhi Yaoyan","Xuezhi Yishuo","Xuezhi Xushuo" and "Xuezhi Shuozhui".The first two books shared his experience in assisting governance,and the rest three told his feelings and experiences as officials.These books became the most famous“official books” in the Qing Dynasty,as required reference guide for assuming the office of an assistant to a high official,and still have a profound influence to the officer in politics until now.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter tells Wang Huizu's life,which comprehensive introduces mainly from his family background,education,imperial experiences,experience of assisting governance,official career,and the life of back to hometown,making us have an overall understanding of Wang Huizu's life trajectory.Chapter two to chapter six is the analysis and interpretation of Wang Huizu's five official books.The second chapter introduces Wang Huizu's “Zuozhi Yaoyan”.The book is not just a summary of Wang Huizu's technology,it also uses a lot of space to discuss the curtain path,emboding Wang Huizu's thoughts of officials and law.The third chapter introduces Wang Huizu's “Xuzuozhi Yaoyan”.The book is a supplement to “Zuozhi Yaoyan”,it mainly writes technical requirements and ethical norms for a famous legal.Among them,the thought of benevolence through the contents of the book.What's different from “Zuozhi Yaoyan” is that it uses a lot of space to write specific cases and most of these cases are related to ghosts and gods.The fourth chapter introduces Wang Huizu's "Xuezhi Yishuo".what are the qualities that the main state and state officials should have,and what should be done whenhearing a case.The people-centered thinking covered in this book comes in simple terms,and the drawbacks of the election criteria in the Qing Dynasty and the system of officials in different places led to the idea that the officials of the prefectures and counties were low in administrative capacity and the power was weak.The fifth chapter is about Wang Huizu's “Xuezhi Xushuo”.The book is a summary of the experience of Wang Huizu's administration,advocating that the state and county officials must think for the people,they should adhere to the principles of "careful reform of the old system and prudent mew founding ","humane law enforcement".In the last chapter,Wang Huizu's "Xuezhi Shuozhui".The book is the third summary of Wang Huizu's governance,it includes the requirements for the state and county officials,it also includes warnings to the state and county officials,the "discrimination of harms and benefits that an official can bring" concept contained in it has a major impact on Wang Huizu's life,making him clear whether he is a legal advisor or an official.This paper firstly introduces Wang Huizu,after knowing about his life experiences,and then analyzes his official books one by one,digging deep to the ideological contents in the book,which will let us have a better understanding of Wang Huizu's five official books.
