The Philosophical Thinking Of Gay Freedom Rights

Since the birth,Marxist philosophy regards the pursuit of the freedom and liberation of all human beings as its duty.Its theoretical starting point has been a revolutionary change from "Person in Abstract" to "Person in Reality".As a part of mankind,their rights of freedom are related to the freedom of whole human society.Nowadays,with the development of medicine and mentalics,people have realized that homosexuality is not a mental illness.People are becoming more and more open-minded.They are more tolerant of multiple choices.Thus,homosexual groups dare to announce their sexual orientation.They begin to fight for their liberty and equality,and protect their legitimate rights and interests.As one of the most populous countries in the world,Chinese gay men cannot be underestimated.The freedom of the gay community is the premise and foundation for the development of harmonious society.Recently,the LGBT community has attracted the attention of the public and the scholars.More and more people have formed a new understanding of homosexuality.They are more tolerant of homosexuality.The philosophical analysis of homosexual freedom can help us know more about the gay community and promote the positive and healthy development of society.Firstly,this article analyzes the related concepts of gays.This paper aims to illustrate that as a sexual orientation,homosexuality is a free choice of the individual.Gays are not harmful to the society.So they should be treated and respected equally.Secondly,the chapter expounds the basis of the gay community,and probes into the rationality of the free right of homosexuality by discussing its realistic and theoretical basis,in order to help people know this group correctly and then promote the harmony and progress of the society.Thirdly,by rethink sexual liberation and freedom,the paper aims to explain the finiteness of the freedom right the gay community will obtain and the ethical dilemmas they face at present.Finally,based on Marxist philosophy and Marx's thought of human,the paper states the main contents,the approach and the significance of homosexual free rights in detail.The purpose is to show that the liberation of the marginal groups such as homosexuality is one of the connotations of human liberation,and the freedom of homosexuals is a performance social progress.
