| Contract documents,also called contract,are original written agreements or word recognition which are formed in the human specific life,production,social interaction and other relationships,and is used to prove certain relationship.In our country,the use of contract documents has a long history.It provides abundant data to history,law,economics,sociology,folklore and other discipline research.In addition,in the development process of contract documents,it forms a personal linguistic style and possesses unique linguistic values.There are definite achievements in contract’s vocabulary and folk characters at present.But it is affected by data,the north of Shaanxi contract documents haven’t be sorted and studied systematically up to now.Thus,the thesis mainly studies vocabulary and folk characters in north of Shaanxi contract documents.This thesis is divided into two parts,one is main body formed by four chapters.The first chapter is introduction.This part firstly introduced the publishing and sorting situation of the Shaanxi contract documents.Then summarized the research status of contract documents.Afterwards this chapter narrated the characteristics and research values of contract documents,and also explained the research objects,methods and difficulties.Finally,the chapter summarized the sorting situation of the north of Shaanxi contract documents and tabulated.The second chapter investigated the vocabulary system of the north of Shaanxi contract.It made a systemic classification and divided those vocabulary into seven parts:name of land,topographic features,taxes,classifier,houses and courtyard,appellation,borrowings and others from the angle of semantics.The significant words are those which possessed regional features.The third chapter is folk characters’ research of the north of Shaanxi contract documents.This part explained definition of folk characters explicitly at first.Then it summarized characteristic of folk characters of the north of Shaanxi contract by combining with the common characteristic of folk characters.And then it classified them into twelve categories,such as "increase ideogram","omit ideogram","change ideogram","change representation" and so on.The fourth chapter is the conclusion.In this part,the author summarized the basic context briefly and explained the thiese’s deficiencies.The other part is appendix,which is about the catalogue of the north of Shaanxi contract documents and pictures of original document. |
