| Civil servants play an important role in the administrative system of China.They work extensively in all walks of life,some of them work in government hall,handling relevant administrative affairs for the common people.So,in this paper the daily language of civil servants in Xi’an municipal government hall is taken as rhe research object.From the perspective of the masses,the current situation of language service and people’s understanding of their language services will be stuied.And on this basis,this paper will analyze the reasons for the high satisfaction of language service in Xi’an municipal government hallThere are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is introduction,which mainly introduces the reason.research value and content of this article.In the second chapter,according to the feedback from the questionnaire,we describe the current situation of language service of Xi’an municipal government hall staff from three aspects:language and paralanguage and entirely.The third chapter,analyzes the evaluation of the staff’s language service and the relationship between the social factors and the evaluation.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the high satisfaction of Xi’an municipal government hall’slanguage service from the two perspectives of the staff snd the masses,and expounds the theory with positive and negative cases.In the fifth chapter,in order to solve the problem,this paper puts forward the necessity of the planning of the office language and concrete suggestions for the improvement.The viewpoint has the following points:(1)Language and paralanguage can be classified four categories,including the choice of Putonghua or dialects,the use of polite language,facial expression and posture.In these respects,the masses are satisfied with the service provided by the staff of the government hall of Xi’an.Only the different social factors have differences in their rationality and choice necessity.(2)There are three conflicting points.One is insufficient information,the other is the difference of staff,the third is the coolness and firmness of speech.(3)From the theory of verbal communication process to find the reasons for the high satisfaction of Xi’an government hall.There are four main points.One is the appropriateness of the staff’s tone of voice,the other is the trigger points to avoid verbal conflict.The third is that the masses have strong purpose and strong sense of cooperation.The forth is the cognitive convergence between the two sides on the work roles of the staff.(4)The office language of the staff needs to establish the standards that conform to the local and national standards,and the communicative parties should abide by the corresponding communicative principles.In order to give the masses and staff communication to create a good communication atmosphere,in order to make the relationship more harmonious and harmony,as a researcher should make some attention to this phenomenon,and personally,starting from the subject of our own study,put forward my own ideas. |
