Square Dance is a visual spectacle of public domain in contemporary China.It forms a magnificent visual phenomena with its extensive participation and unique dance language.The phenomenon attract more attention and form spectacles,which rely on network communication.Spectacles of Square Dance is complex and diverse,so I need an unique way of observation by the attitude and method of contemplation to observation.Then,I turn the new observation method into a design language.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part analyzes two aspects of spectacles of the dance--its own visual spectacle and spectacle of the surrounding phenomenon.Then I analysis the causes of spectacle from the view of Visual Learning.The second part analyzes observing square dance via web.That revealed a trend that its own spectacle Square Dance constantly strengthened under the effect of image spectacle.The third part contemplates Square Dance aestheticly.I analysis the obsevation methods of many visual artists who had draw dancers.And I analysise experience of aesthetic contemplation to square dance and derive special method of observation--in infinite and continuous time dimension of my sense to observe.What's more,I Henri Bergson's theory called la duree into my research to analysise time dimension of art observation.Paper explores how to translate my new obsevertion way into design language of Square Dance in fourth part.I use programming means to translate my new view to an uninterrupted,almost unlimited experimental video,based on the new relationship about space and time--time dimension leads space dimension.The new observetion method and design language this paper explored is not fixed.These conclusions represent a possibility and experimental.I hope my exploration could have new benefits for my artistic creation and artistic thinking of others.
