| Currently,Chinese films,with “crossover”,“fans”,“light films” and “youth films” being significant features,are in a constant and fast change.Interactivity and integration generate complicated and complex forms and contents to Chinese films.The main body in creation comes from various areas,ranging from actors,writers,musicians,etc..,causing it difficult to define directors and audiences,but creating a new atmosphere in Chinese films.Light films,as a “fresh blood” in Chinese films,vary from traditional films in terms of the pursuit of commercial,cultural,and artistic values,presenting such unstable inclination as fragmentation,contingency,artificiality.This paper aims to give theoretical argument and analysis on the characterization of “light films”,“crossover”,and “fans” and their relevance by clarifying the justification of commercialization,entertaining appeals,dreams and rationality in shunning reality through creation motives,development,and stylistic changes.Besides,this paper also gives light to the implied cultural symptoms and ecological imbalances shown from light films’ commodity attribute and art property,seeks cultural responsibility and the return of art nature under the context of industrialization of domestic films and comes up with ways to the future exploration and development of light films.It is hoped that this paper would offer referential and constructive perspectives and theoretical support to the studies on the identity construction,aesthetical inheritance and developing direction of contemporary Chinese films. |
