Purpose: Manuscripts is an important part of ancient books and Chinese medicine manuscripts are valuable assets for TCM literature research and ancient books research.This thesis hopes to sort through the collection of female medical transcripts in various libraries in Shanghai,select the more representative medical records in the female transcripts,and examine the versions,authors and book-making versions of the transcripts.Secondly,through the study of the specific disease syndrome described in the transcript,the medical value of the female manuscript is discussed.Finally,I hope that through the analysis and research of transcripts,we can summarize and evaluate the literature value and clinical value of female transcripts in Shanghai.Methods: By searching the "General Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books",sort out the catalogue of female transcripts in various libraries in Shanghai.On the basis of the book "The Collection of Chinese Medicine Banknotes in the Shanghai Area Collection",check out the Shanghai Library,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library,Chinese Medical Association Shanghai Branch Library,Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Life Science Information Center Life Science Library,Shanghai Dictionary Publishing Library,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine Library,six libraries keep copies of women's medicine,and select representative medical books.Result: Through sorting out the copies of women's medicine stored in six libraries,39 kinds of medical books before the end of Qing Dynasty were selected,and the copies were divided into three categories: general theory of women's medicine,obstetrics and Guangsi.Among them,there are 24 copies in the general theory of women,13 copies in obstetrics and 2 copies in Guangsi.1?Classification of general theory of gynecology,obstetrics and Guangsi,each of which elaborates the copies of medical books in order of time of completion.Each medical book first introduces its version,textual research author and completion time.Secondly,the general chapters and catalogues of the transcripts are briefly described.Finally,the content is briefly evaluated.2?To study the specific diseases and syndromes described in the collated transcripts.The study sorted and divided the seven parts of menstrual disease,vaginal disease,pregnancy,labor,postpartum disease,gynecological diseases and pre-yin disease,and combed the disease,the law,the prescription and the medicine.In-depth discussion of the clinical value of clinical copying of female subjects.Conclusion:This study can roughly reflect the current collection of female medical transcripts in library collections in Shanghai,and explore the literature and clinical value of transcripts.The materials cited in the paper are mostly derived from the original materials such as the original copy of the book and the original materials.The research and some of the content briefs can supplement and revise the shortcomings of the commonly used reference books.The discussion of female medical syndrome can provide useful reference for the current theoretical and clinical diagnosis of female medical science.
