Objective:1.Analyze the pulse diagnosis information characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease,and finally establish a preliminary mathematical model for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,so as to provide a more reliable objective basis for the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.2.Analyze the information characteristics of pulse diagnosis between different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease,and finally establish a preliminary mathematical model for the judgment of coronary heart disease syndromes,so as to provide a more reliable objective basis for the clinical judgment of coronary heart disease syndromes.Methods:1.The pulse information collection device of traditional Chinese medicine was used to collect the pulse information of 75 patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography and 75 healthy people confirmed by physical examination in our hospital,and the collected information was preprocessed,divided into periods,extracted characteristic parameters,classified judgment and modeling to obtain the preliminary objective index of coronary heart disease diagnosis.The general data and complications of the two groups were compared.2.Three senior Chinese medicine physicians with clinical titles of more than 10 years were employed to collect the pulse patterns of the left and right hands of the coronary heart disease group and healthy control group,and 2-3 consistent results were used as the final pulse pattern judgment standard.By comparing the two groups of pulse,we can get the distribution characteristics and site specificity of coronary heart disease.3.According to the TCM dialectical classification standard of coronary heart disease,three mathematical analysis methods of supervised learning and unsupervised learning were used to analyze the information characteristics of pulse diagnosis among four syndrome types of qi stagnation and phlegm turbid syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,so as to obtain the preliminary objecti ve index of TCM syndrome types judgment of coronary heart disease.Results:1.Comparison between coronary heart disease group and healthy control group:There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender composition ratio,age,height,weight and BMI,which was comparable(P>0.05).The proportion of coronary heart disease patients with hypertension grade 2,hyperlipidemia and type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than that of healthy control group,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was especially significant in the combination of hyperlipidemia(P<0.01).Through the analysis of the subjective pulse,it was found that the chordal pulse and synovial pulse were the main pulse in the CHD group and the synovial pulse was the main pulse in the control group.After statistical analysis,there were statistical differences in the distribution of chord and astringent pulse between the two groups,P<0.05,and the characteristic differences were in the left cun,left guan,right guan and right chi parts.It is found that the pulse information of patients with coronary heart disease was significantly different from that of healthy control group.The determination accuracy of principal component analysis of this difference is 99%,the accuracy of LS recognition and classification of 7 parameters is 73%,and the accuracy of Lasso recognition and classification is 68%.The difference of its characteristic parameters is reflected in the time domain and the frequency domain.The time domain parameters are mainly h5/hl,W,h1,while frequency domain parameters are mainly the changes of left cun,left chi,right cun and right inch.2.Comparison of different TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease:According to the strict syndrome differentiation standard,patients with coronary heart disease can be divided into four syndrome types:qi stagnation and phlegm turbid syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 48%,20%,18.67%and 13.33%respectively.There is a big difference in pulse diagnosis information between patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type and qi-stagnation and phlegm-turbidity type coronary heart disease.The judgment accuracy of principal component analysis is 96%,the judgment accuracy of LS recognition is 77%,and the judgment accuracy of Lasso recognition is 71%.Its characteristic parameters reflect left-guan phase 9,left chi W.There was a big difference in pulse diagnosis information between patients with qi-stagnation phlegm-turbidity type and phlegm-stasis mutual coronary heart disease.The judgment accuracy of principal component analysis was 81%,the judgment accuracy of LS recognition is 79%and the judgment accuracy of Lasso recognition was 71%.Its characteristic parameters are reflected in left guan phase 9,right chi phase 4,right chi energy 7.There is a great difference in pulse diagnosis information between patients with qi-stagnation blood stasis and qi-stagnation phlegm turbidity coronary heart disease.The judgment accuracy rate of principal component analysis is 91%,that of LS recognition is 89%,and that of Lasso recognition is 83%.The characteristic parameters are reflected in left the right chi phase 5,right cun energy 2,right cun energy 1,right cun phase 7,right chi t5,right chi phase 1,right chi energy 4.There is a big difference in pulse diagnosis information between patients with qi-stagnation blood stasis and qi-deficiency blood stasis coronary heart disease.The judgment accuracy rate of principal component analysis is 93%,the judgment accuracy rate of LS recognition is 92%,and the judgment accuracy rate of Lasso recognition is 80%.Its characteristic parameters are reflected in left chi energy 5,right chi t5,left chi phase 8,right guan phase 2.There is a big difference in pulse diagnosis information between patients with qi-deficiency blood stasis and phlegm-stasis mutual coronary heart disease.The judgment accuracy of principal component analysis is 96%,the judgment accuracy of LS recognition is 88%,and the judgment accuracy of Lasso recognition is 75%.Its characteristic parameters are reflected in right chi energy 10,left chi phase 8 and right chi energy 7.There is a big difference in pulse diagnosis information between patients with qi-stagnation blood stasis and phlegm-stasis mutual coronary heart disease.The judgment accuracy rate of principal component analysis is 90%,the judgment accuracy rate of LS recognition is 92%,and the judgment accuracy rate of Lasso recognition is 82%.Its characteristic parameters are reflected in right cun phase 7,left chit1,left chi t5,right chi energy 7.Conclusion:The pulse diagnosis information of patients with coronary heart disease has characteristic changes compared with the healthy control group,and the pulse diagnosis information of different TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease patients also shows strong characteristics.The difference has high judgment accuracy when different mathematical analysis methods are used.This study provides a certain reference basis for the collection of pulse images simultaneously from the cun,guan and chi parts of the left and right hands in the clinical study of TCM,and provides an objective basis for the diagnosis and syndrome type judgment of coronary heart disease to a certain extent.
