Objectives:Small airway obstruction is closely related to a variety of chronic respiratory diseases.In particular,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)mainly begins to worsen from small airway dysfunction.The research and exploration of small airway lesions,both in the basic and clinical fields,has always been the "deep water area" of slow-stoppulmony research.In clinical practice,timely evaluation of small airway lesions and efficient prevention and control,to control the development of chronic pulmonary disease is of great significance and Chinese medicine has a unique advantage for the disease,and dialectical treatment is the basis of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of diseases,so it is very important to study small airway obstruction.Through the literature study,epidemiology and Chinese medicine certificate waiting investigation of small airway obstruction,this topic uses factor analysis to explore the characteristics of Chinese medicine card in this disease,with a view to providing new clues for the treatment of Chinese medicine and scientific research of the disease.Methodology:This study will collect 202 cases of small airway obstruction patients general information,Chinese medicine certificate waiting and other data to organize,information into Excel software,build a database,using SPSS25.0 software for statistical analysis of data.By describing statistics and descriptions infer seducing patients' general data and disease-related factors,factor analysis is used to explore the law of Chinese medicine.Results:1,General Data Results:This study collected a total of 202 patients with small airway obstruction of general information and four consultation information.The minimum age is 33 years old,the age is 70 years old,the average age is 54 years old,171 male patients and 31 female patients.Statistical analysis of the data collected:(1)Age of onset:middle-aged people are the majority.Especially in the 51-60 year olds(52.48%);(2)of the sex of the disease:men are significantly higher than women.There were 171 male patients(84.65%)and 31 female patients(15.35%).The ratio of men to women is 1:0.44;(3)Institutional quality index:thehighest proportion of normal weight(48.51%),the second highest(44.06%);Tobacco and alcohol history:69.30%of patients have a history of smoking,9.41%have a history of drinking.2,In The Chinese Medicine Certificate:in many of the evidence,cough(86.60%)appeared the highest frequency,throat dry(70.30%)next.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly lung as the core disease,and the spleen,heart,liver is closely related;With sputum as the standard,you can see both hot,wet,cold,table.Conclusion:1.In terms of age,middle-aged people are the most common,especially 51 to 60 years old.2.In terms of gender,there are more men than women.3.In terms of body mass index,the normal weight ratio is the highest.4.In the history of tobacco and alcohol,smoking has a certain relationship with the incidence of small airway obstruction.Small airway obstruction is characterized by cough.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly lung as the core disease,and the spleen,heart,liver is closely related;With sputum as the standard,you can see both hot,wet,cold,flu.
