Randomized Controlled Trial Of The Treatment For Two Deficiency Of Qi And Blood With Cancer-related Fatigue Of Lung Cancer Chemotherapy By Shuyu Pill Modified Prescription

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Shuyu Pill Modified Prescription in treating lung cancer chemotherapy for cancer-related fatigue,as well as the efficacy of its TCM syndrome score and quality of life in lung cancer.Methods:Randomly divide the patients with lung cancer chemotherapy suffering from cancer-related fatigue due to two deficiency of qi and blood into two groups.The control group is given routine treatment,and the treatment group is added with Shuyu Pill Modified Prescription.According to the CFS score,lung cancer syndrome score,KPS score,and safety index before and after treatment,compare the differences between the two groups.Results:In terms of fatigue,the overall distribution location of the difference in CFS scores between the two groups before and after treatment was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall distribution location of the difference in CFS score before and after treatment of emotional fatigue and physical fatigue between the two groups was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the TCM syndromes of lung cancer,the overall distribution location of the difference in TCM syndrome scores of lung cancer between the two groups before and after treatment was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the overall distribution location of the difference in KPS scores between the two groups before and after treatment was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of safety,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of people with abnormal changes in indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shuyu Pill Modified Prescription combined with routine treatment can alleviate the cancer-related fatigue of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy and lowerthe scores of TCM syndrome of lung cancer,and improve the quality of life of patients to some extent,which is safe.
