With the development of the times and the improvement of Chinese people's living standards,people have paid more and more attention to healthy living.As a common oral disease,malocclusion has a serious impact on patients from external appearance to physical health.Studies have shown that there is a close correlation between the lip closing force and the degree of malocclusion,making it possible to study the relationship between the malocclusion by quantifying the characteristics of lip closing force.The existing lip closing force detection instruments,as a whole,are not only so bulky that their collection methods are inconsistent with the actual force,but also have poor accuracy and low sampling rate.Besides,the single function of the instrument and the lack of clinical safety protection measures make it unsuitable for clinical diagnosis.Moreover,the existing analysis methods mostly use the time domain to analyze the correlation between the lip closing force fluctuations and the incidence of malocclusion,and the reliability is poor.In view of the above situation and on basis of lip closing force,this article designs a malocclusion assisted diagnosis system based on single-chip microcomputer technology and medical electronic technology to solve the existing problems.From the perspective of high integration,high compatibility,high sampling rate,high precision and portability,the design of this system includes hardware circuits and software programs,which is mainly composed of micro-control processor,signal acquisition circuits,communications module and power management circuit.The micro-control processor integrates the entire functions including control,acquisition,analysis and processing of the system;the instrument can detect the lip closing force fluctuations in real time,the data synchronization time can be accurate to the milliseconds,and the instrument can be transmitted to the upper computer via Bluetooth for data analyzing,monitoring and processing.In terms of analysis methods,the system starts from the analysis of lip closing force characteristics,extracts power spectral density andwavelet entropy as characteristic parameters in frequency domain transformation,and proposes a clinical scoring algorithm to establish an ordered Logistic model analysis.The results show that the reliability of the model with wavelet entropy as the characteristic parameter is 9.9%higher than that of the standard deviation and power spectral density as the characteristic parameter.The model is optimized by entropy and standard deviation competing stability variables at the same time.Compared with the traditional standard deviation stability variables,the reliability of the model is improved by 14.9%,which improves the reliability of the analysis method.This study realized the design of a malocclusion assisted diagnosis system based on the design of lip closing force.The system adopts a quantitative analysis method for the correlation between the characteristic signal of lip closing force and the malocclusion provided by clinical orthodontists.It makes up for the deficiencies in the clinical diagnosis system based on lip closing force assisted malocclusion,provides new ideas for the diagnosis method of malocclusion based on lip closing force,and has a wider application prospect and application value.
