With the deepening of people's understanding of oral diseases,the prevention and treatment of oral diseases have risen from the level of individuals and families to the level of society.As a very prominent health problem at this stage in China,oral diseases have been identified as the priority public health construction field of "healthy China 2020" by the Ministry of health.Under the strong promotion of the state,oral diagnosis and treatment institutions at all levels,especially as an important part of oral diagnosis and treatment resources,have achieved rapid development.However,in the environment of oral medical service,there are still some pain points,such as information block,user decision-making difficulty and delay.On the one hand,most of the existing stomatological diagnosis and treatment information systems copy the general hospital information management system,which can not meet the needs of the characteristics of stomatological diagnosis and treatment;on the one hand,problems such as uneven medical treatment resources and poor information equivalence are also common.Therefore,the establishment of an oral health management information system based on personal oral health records and scientific management of oral case information is an important basis for promoting oral health care,and is also the general direction of the development of oral medical industry in China.This information system is not only conducive to the standardization of stomatological industry,but also can provide supervision and management channels for the government.The main purpose of this paper is to design a case management system using SSH(struts + Spring + Hibernate)framework,and integrate the target recognition technology into it.In view of the particularity of the daily work of the oral diagnosis and treatment institutions,based on the analysis of its business process and business requirements,the in-depth demand analysis was carried out.The key technologies of case management and auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system are given,including SSH,MVC(model,view,control),artificial neural network,transfer learning.The system uses MVC design pattern,uses SSH open source framework tools and database mysql to establish a web system,and uses artificial neural network to realize the target recognition in dental X-ray film.Based on the user informationmanagement and oral case management functions,the oral case management and auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system integrates three auxiliary diagnosis and treatment function modules: numerical statistical analysis module,collaborative diagnosis and treatment module and X-ray picture auxiliary analysis module.In addition,it can also help doctors to analyze the information of a certain case by the way of text analysis,or the doctor can analyze the bad information by the way of text analysis.In the design process of each module function,the function structure diagram,work flow chart and work sequence diagram are completed.In the design of the database,the overall E-R diagram design and corresponding data table design are completed.After the completion of the system function module design,in order to ensure the reliable operation of the system,the black box test method is used to test the system to determine whether the function is perfect.The oral case management and auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system studied in this paper can well support the daily business development of stomatological hospitals.The realization of collaborative diagnosis and treatment is conducive to the sharing of typical cases,the rapid improvement of doctors' professional quality and the reduction of the cost of remote diagnosis and treatment.The implementation of auxiliary analysis is conducive to improving the accuracy of case analysis and reducing the workload of doctors to a certain extent It is conducive to the standardization of the development of oral diagnosis and treatment institutions,and has good promotion and demonstration significance.
