Social Organizations Participate In Research On Creative Leadership In AIDS Prevention And Control

The advantages of social organizations’ collaborative participation in HIV prevention are innovation and flexibility.The creative leadership of their team leaders can have a positive impact on the creativity of the members of the organization and is closely related to organizational innovation,which in turn affects organizational performance and other factors.The relationship between creative leadership and social performance and other factors of social organization leaders who participate in the prevention of HIV / AIDS is studied.The conclusions of the study show that there is a positive correlation between creative leadership of organizational leaders and team identification.Organizational performance is not significantly related.Through controlling variables,the study found that factors such as gender,highest degree major,and sexual orientation will not affect the significant positive correlation between team identity and creative leadership,while age,years of work in the team,education and other factors are related to organizational members.Of team identifications are significantly related.In addition,creative leadership may have a deeper impact on organizations with more active funds,but creative leadership has limited impact on smaller organizations with insufficient funding.The article also points out that the most difficult organizational difficulties faced by social organizations are insufficient activity funds,insufficient volunteer capacity,and overly complicated supervision and evaluation mechanisms.From the perspective of creative leadership,in order to promote China’s non-governmental organizations to better participate in AIDS prevention and control work,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.At the government level,the government needs to constantly improve the relevant policies and regulations of social organizations,and improve the collaborative governance mechanism with social organizations that prevent HIV.The government and training units should vigorously promote the cultivation of talents in the field of HIV prevention,and continue to increase the amount of special funds for HIV prevention and control.Develop a system that encourages social organizations to use funds efficiently,build a platform for communication among anti-AIDS organizations,and increase support for social organization incubation bases.At the level of anti-AIDS social organizations,social organizations should take the initiative to register with the government’s civil affairs department,expand the channels for raising funds,strengthen the organization’s human resources construction,enhance the creative leadership of leaders within the organization,improve the rules and regulations of social organizations,prevent Ai social organizations can set up a party committee and work with the government to build a collaborative mechanism for social Ai prevention under the leadership of the party committee.At the enterprise level,enterprises can participate in the establishment of HIV prevention and control funds,participate in the incubation of HIV prevention social organizations,and purchase products or services of HIV prevention social organizations.
