In terms of the pharmacokinetic study of traditional Chinese medicine,it is very difficult to carry out.In this paper,it attempts to establish a pharmacokinetic model for the treatment of epilepsy with Cynanchum otophyllum. In addition to the establishment of the dynamic model according to differential equations used in traditional western medicine, the pattern recognition method in modern control theory is also applied to analyze the relationship between blood drug concentration and drug efficacy,so as to establish the model, and observe the accuracy of its prediction. As for the research topic,it belongs to the interdisciplinary subject, which is composed by the project team from College of Information Engineering and Automation as well as College of Life Science and Technology of Kunming University of Science and Technology. The pharmacy group had conducted the experiments on the effectiveness of the M1 and M2 as the main metabolic components of Cynanchum otophyllum in the treatment of epilepsy for more than four years, which thus obtained the experimental data. While the information group first established the pharmacokinetic model containing the components of M1 and M2 of Cynanchum otophyllum to mice, which obtained the relationship between plasma concentration and time. Then, the relationship between blood concentration and time curve was obtained on the basis of the evaluation of the parameters of the observation data of M1+M2 and M1+M2+Residue by using the fitting principle of SPSS nonlinear least square method as well as the relationship function between blood concentration and time. The results of comparison show that M1+M2 group can completely replace the administration mode of M1+M2+Residue group. After carrying out the analysis and comparison,it is found that the M1+M2 system delivery mode can completely replace the M1 + M2 +Residue system delivery mode. Finally, the neural network and support vector machine are used to simulate and predict the effectiveness of the delivery mode of M1+M2.Besides,it conducted the t-test on the predicted results and the actual results.According to the results,it showed that there was no significant difference between the two, which thus confirmed the therapeutic activity of M1 and M2 as the components of Cynanchum otophyllu. In this experimental scheme,it simulates the absorption and metabolism processes of M1 and M2 in body through the corresponding relationship between time and blood concentration, blood concentration and drug effect. From the experimental results,it shows that the established pharmacokinetic model is reasonable, which thus provides some ideas on how to simulate the process of absorption and metabolism of drugs by using accurate methods.
