Clinical Study On The Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Plasma Level Of CD_62P In Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:To study the relationship between syndrome differentiation of TCM and the plasma level of CD_62P in chronic atrophic gastritis,to understand the relationship. between the different type of syndrome of TCM and stagnant blood,to provide the theory which to add the herbs of eliminating the stagnant and activizing the blood to. cure the chronic atrophic gastritis.Subjects and Methods:106 cases with CAG were selected and classified into disharmony between the liver and stomach syndrome(DLSS), deficiency and cold of the spleen and stomach syndrome(DCSSS),damp heat in the spleen and stomach syndrome(DHSSS),deficiency of stomach Yin syndrome (DSYS)and blood stasis syndrome(BSS) according to the syndrome differentiation classified in TCM,and 21cases of healthy people were selected as the normal contrast group(NCG).We analysised the single facter of ANOVA in every group,observed the change of index to study their relationship between the different TCM syndrome of CAG and the plasma level of CD62P.Results:The plasma level of CD_62P of 6 groups are as follows: BSS〉DCSSS〉DSYS〉DHSSS〉DLSS〉NCG,the plasma level of CD_62P in normal contrast group was significantly lower than that in the other five groups with CAG(P〈0.01).The difference between DHSSS and DSYS was not significant(P〉0.05).Conclusions:The plasma level of CD_62P are high expressing in .the patients of CAG and also helpful for diagnosis of stagnant blood of TCM of CAG,which can serve as a reference index in microcosmic syndrome differentiation of TCM in stagnant blood of CAG;The blood stasis exists in all cases of CAG,so the herbs of eliminating the stagnant and activizing the blood should be used in treatment of CAG to get the better curative effects.
