The Study Of The Theory Of Kidney Viscera In The Han Dynasty, Sui And Tang Dynasties

The theory of viscera is the core of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Kidney,as the foundation of the five zang organs and the root of human life,plays an important role in the normal life activities of human body.The research on the theory of viscera has been deeply valued by doctors of all ages.The Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties were the key period for the formation and development of the theory of kidney and viscera.In this period,the theory of kidney and viscera and the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment were initially established,and the method and medicine for the treatment of kidney and viscera were transited to the development of the specific prescription and medicine for clinical syndrome.From song,Jin,yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties,the theory of renal viscera has been further developed.Nowadays,the theory of renal viscera and its treatment based on syndrome differentiation tend to be perfect and mature,and the role of the theory of renal viscera in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation has been greatly played,especially the application of the theory of renal viscera in clinical syndrome.By using the method of philology,this paper studies the literature about the theory of renal viscera in the period of Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties and at present,and carries out a comprehensive and systematic carding,in order to clarify the theoretical system of renal viscera in the period of Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties,as well as the inheritance and development ecology of the theory of renal viscera in the later generations,and reveals the theoretical characteristics of the theory of renal viscera in the period of Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties and the basic law of syndrome differentiation and treatment.During the Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties,the literature mainly elaborated on the basic attributes,pulse condition and basic pathological changes of the kidney and bladder.The theoretical system of the kidney viscera condition has become a system,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment system under its guidance has preliminarily formed,which is slightly weak in the clinical treatment.In terms of the basic attributes of kidney and bladder,the discussion is more comprehensive.This paper discusses the pathological changes of renal bladder disease from two aspects of pulse and symptom,and pays special attention tomeridian disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is based on the deficiency of kidney and bladder Qi.The invasion of external pathogens aggravates the disease or directly leads to the disease.The disease will also affect the kidney and bladder for a long time,and it is closely related to the factors such as the lack of appetite,emotional internal injury,overwork,over taking pills and so on.In the mode of syndrome differentiation,it is mainly carried out from five aspects: excess and deficiency of Qi(i.e.deficiency and excess syndrome differentiation),cold and heat syndrome differentiation,kidney shape and position syndrome differentiation,meridian syndrome differentiation and meridian syndrome differentiation.The principle of treatment is "Regulating Qi" as the general principle,following the method of deficiency and excess tonifying and reducing,with the treatment principles of "cold is warm,heat is cool","not deficiency and excess,by regulating".At this time,we pay special attention to the role of pulse in the diagnosis of renal bladder disease;there is no clear subordination between the syndromes of renal bladder disease;the correlation between syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment of renal bladder disease is not high.Therefore,it can be considered that this period is the formation period of the theory system of kidney viscera.In the later inheritance and development of the theory of kidney visceral image,the basic attribute of kidney bladder is mainly inheritance.Pulse is only one of the four references in the diagnosis of renal bladder disease.The syndrome mechanism of renal and bladder basic diseases is still mainly inherited,and the disease name is simplified.During the Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties,the diseases of kidney and bladder were divided into different categories.Kidney syndrome differentiation is mainly based on deficiency,bladder syndrome differentiation is mainly based on reality,there is a clear subordination between disease and syndrome,the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,the treatment method is still based on the ancient methods of deficiency,tonifying and diarrhea,which has developed into a model of corresponding treatment method for disease and syndrome.Later doctors paid more attention to the application of the theory of kidney viscera in the treatment of syndrome differentiation.
