Purpose:In the way of literature collation and qualitative analysis,To explore the relationship between the Meridians and Fascia in structure, function and integrity. It provides a new idea for guiding the theory and clinical research of Meridians and tendons.Material and method:This study adopts the method of literature collation and qualitative analysis, the selected literature all comes from January 1980 to October 2019,in China Hownet,Wanfang,Weipu database, the modern literature on the theory and clinic of Meridians and tendons was collected and sorted out by using the key words of Meridians and tendons theory, such as "Meridians and tendons","pain is the loser" and "Knot Tendon Focus",etc.,According to the characteristics of different databases, the subject words, free words and key words were searched respectively, and the references were searched retrospectively. All the documents retrieved by the computer from the major databases are imported into the Endnote software for preliminary screening and re-screening,Among them,Endnote software was used to screen out the duplicate literature, and the titles and abstracts of the literature were further read.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the primary screening was carried out,and the documents that met the inclusion criteria and were not sure whether to be excluded were retained. In order to ensure the quality of the included literature, the full text of the literature is retrieved by hand, and the primary included literature is screened again according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the reasons for exclusion are explained.Using the quantitative method,SPSS 21.0 software package was used to analyze the data, the time difference of literature volume was analyzed by one-way Anova, and the Arima forecasting method was used to forecast the literature increase in the next three years, the rest of the data is represented in Excel tables or graphs.Through the discussion and analysis of the results of literature statistics, the aspects related to the tendons and Fascia were marked and explained in the literature,The characteristics of the structure, function and integrity of the Meridional Tendon and Fascia were judged subjectively, and the characteristics of the Meridional Tendon and Fascia wereanalyzed theoretically,The relationship between them in structure, function and wholeness is further discussed.Results:1.A total of 133 modern literatures on the structure and function of Meridians and tendons were selected.2.In the literature about the structure and function of the meridian, the number of soft tissues was the highest, reaching 70,followed by the second, reaching 29.In addition to soft tissue, the anatomical tissue which is consistent with the description of the structure and function of the meridian and has the highest literature quantity is fascia tissue.3.Through the analysis of the Arima forecasting model of the amount of literature on the warp tendons and the forecast of the amount of literature in the next three years,it is predicted that the amount of literature on the warp tendons will be about 72 in the next year, and the amount will be the same in the next three years, the research on Meridians and tendons in China will be deepened and the amount of relevant literature will continue to increase.4.By analyzing the Arima prediction model of Fascia literature volume associated with trans-tendon and forecasting the literature volume in the next three years, the literature volume of Fascia research in the next year is about 2,the next three years is about the same.5.Based on the statistical analysis of 29 fascia related literatures,it is concluded that among these fascia literatures,12 are related to the structure of fascia,10 are related to the function of fascia, and 7 are related to the structure function of fascia.6.Based on the literature statistics and qualitative analysis,it is found that the Meridians exist in a continuous form and there are knot points on the Meridians, and the fascial structures are network-like with irritative pain points.7.Based on the literature statistics and qualitative analysis,it is theoretically discovered that the transmissibility force of the tendon can be generated by 12 lines of motion, and the FASCIA can cause the change of force shape, moreover, the existence of the Meridians of the Myofascial Fascia can dominate the movement.8.Based on the literature statistics and qualitative analysis,it is concluded that the meridional tendon system follows the holistic view of TCM theory and the Fascia can be deduced fromthe structural and functional aspects.Conclusion:1.Through the statistical analysis of the literature,it is concluded that in the past 40 years, the amount of literature on the structure and function of the tendons has been rising steadily, and the future literature research on the structure and function is still in a positive development.2.According to the literature statistics,it is concluded that the literature about fascia(except soft tissue)is the most frequently described literature about the structure and function of meridians in recent 40 years.3.Through literature review,in the literature of fascia related to the tendons, there are many information about the structure and function of the tendons and fascia.4.Based on the theoretical excavation and qualitative analysis of their respective properties and relations,it is considered that there is a strong similarity in the structure and function between the tendon and fascia, and there is a close relationship between them.
