The Experience Summary Of The Method Of Replenishing Qi And Activating Blood In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke And Research On The Law Of Syndromes And Treatment In The Literature

Purpose:To analyze the dialectical thoughts and prescriptions of the instructor using the method of benefiting qi and activating blood to treat the acute phase of ischemic stroke.Sort out the clinical literature of TCM in the acute phase of ischemic stroke in the past 20 years,use modern statistics for statistics,and explore the rules of TCM syndromes and medications in the disease in order to provide ideas and directions for clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.Material and method:1 Arrange the instructor's effective cases in treating acute ischemic stroke with Yiqi Huoxue method,and explore the instructor's dialectical thoughts and prescriptions for treating this disease with the method.2 The search was conducted using CNKI as the retrieval tool.The publication time of the retrieved literature was from January 1,1999 to November 30,2019,with "ischemic stroke +traditional Chinese medicine" and "stroke + traditional Chinese medicine".,"Cerebral infarction + traditional Chinese medicine","ischemic stroke + traditional Chinese and western medicine","stroke + traditional Chinese and western medicine","cerebral infarction +traditional Chinese and western medicine" were searched as subject terms.After obtaining the primary screening documents,the secondary screening was performed based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and 123 documents that met the research criteria were finally obtained.The TCM symptoms,syndromes and Chinese medicines contained in the literature were entered into EXCEL for statistics and a corresponding database was formed.SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the statistical data in EXCEL.Results:1.The instructor used Yiqi Huoxue to cure ischemic stroke in the acute phase.2.Frequency of occurrence of TCM syndromes: 123 articles meeting the criteria were included in the screening,and a total of 28 syndromes were included.The top five syndrome types that appear most frequently in the study from high to low are: Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome 29 times,wind phlegm stasis syndrome syndrome 17 times,phlegm heat stagnation syndrome 17 times,phlegm stasis obstruction syndrome 12 times,wind phlegm Blocking card 9 times.3.73 articles with detailed symptoms were included in the literature,including 99 kinds of symptoms,with a total frequency of 904 times.The ten most frequent symptoms in the literature were: skewed tongue,astringent or silent speech,hemiplegia,abnormal leaning,Dizziness,white greasy tongue,dull tongue,slippery pulse strings,phlegm and stickiness,shortness of breath and fatigue.4.This article includes 155 kinds of Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 1268 times.The top five drugs with the most frequent occurrence are Chuanxiong,Dilong,Danshen,Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Taoren.By classifying high-frequency Chinese medicines with a frequency of ?7,there are 11 types.The first three with the highest frequency are Huoxue Huayu,Tonic Deficiency,and Pinggan Xifeng.Factor analysis of the above-mentioned high-frequency drugs can obtain 13 small prescriptions,which can provide a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.details as follows:(1)rhubarb,bile star,angelica,melon,mirabilite,osmanthus,astragalus,chuanxiong;(2)Peach kernel,red peony,astragalus,dilong,safflower,chuanxiong,angelica;(3)Atractylodes lancea,Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,Poria,Chenpi,Yujin;(4)Pinellia,Poria,Bamboo Ru,Chenpi,Zhishi,Yujin;(5)Glauber's salt,Pinellia ternata,Codonopsis,Huangqin,Licorice;(6)turmeric,pelargonium,stone calamus,iris shell;(7)Stinging silkworm,whole scorpion,earth dragon,chicken blood vine;(8)Achyranthes bidentata,mulberry parasitism,hook vine,earth dragon;(9)Scutellaria baicalensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dilong,Shengdi,Astragalus;(10)red peony,iris shell,Ophiopogon,licorice,leech;(11)Chinese black ginseng,habitat,chicken blood vine;(12)Uncaria grandiflora,root of herbaceous peony,chicken blood vine,astragalus;(13)Ocher calamus,licorice,panax notoginseng,water leeches.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue method is an important method to treat the acute phase of ischemic stroke.2.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are more common in this disease.3.Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine is the most commonly used medicine for treating this disease.The second is tonic medicine,Pinggan Xifeng medicine again.Chuanxiong,Dilong,Taoren and Salvia miltiorrhiza are the most commonly used drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Astragalus and angelica are the most commonly used tonics for treating the disease.Dilong and Gastrodia are the most commonly used medicines to treat the disease.
