Purpose: Summarize the clinical experience of the instructor on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis from the perspective of dampness and heat,and analyze the literature to summarize the syndrome differentiation rules of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis.Provide theoretical basis and treatment ideas.Material and method: 1.The effective cases of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis treated clinically with traditional Chinese medicine by instructors were collected,and the thoughts of syndrome differentiation and prescription medication experience were analyzed and summarized.2.Use China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Chongqing Weipu Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform to conduct the primary search with the search terms "Helicobacter pylori","Helicobacter pylori","Hp","Gastritis",The search period is "January 2000-December 2019",on this basis,the second search was carried out by "differentiation and treatment","type of syndrome",and "Chinese medicine".Eliminate the criteria and delete duplicate documents,and finally enter 101 documents that meet the standards.Summarize the above documents,establish a document information extraction table,and perform frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and clustering on the Chinese medicines involved in the 101 documents.Analysis and principal component analysis.Results: 1.The instructor believes that Helicobacter pylori is a pathological evil with damp and hot nature.The prerequisite for its pathogenesis is lack of righteousness,weak temper,weak power to resist evil,and after the fight between right and evil,the final is true and false,and the disease continues to grow.In the treatment of this disease,the instructor regards heat and dampness as the core of the treatment,insists on the combination of disease identification and syndrome differentiation and systemic treatment and local treatment,and takes care of the righteousness and eliminating evil,as well as the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and anti-relapse treatment.2.According to literature data,Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis involves a total of 22 types of TCM syndromes,of which 10 are empirical,accounting for 61.39%,the largest proportion;6 are syndromes,accounting for 21.78%;and 5 are syndromes,including 11.88%.;1 type of cold and heat miscellaneous syndromes,accounting for 4.95%.Among them,the spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness and heat syndrome,cold and heat syndrome,and liver and stomach discordance syndrome mainly account for 75.25% of all syndrome types.The disease is mainly heat,dampness,Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation;the disease position is mainly in the stomach,spleen and liver.3.Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis is most commonly used with Banxia Xiexin Decoction,followed by Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,and Lianpu Drink.4.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the literature involves the use of 125 flavors,a total of 34 categories and 18 categories.Among them,tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,and qi-regulating medicine are mostly.5.Through cluster analysis,4 clustering groups are obtained.This clustering group is analyzed.The first category is suitable for patients with mixed syndromes of cold and heat,the second category is suitable for patients with weak spleen and stomach syndrome,and the third category is suitable for patients with liver and stomach discord syndrome.The fourth category is suitable for patients with spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome.6.Through analysis of association rules,the commonly used drug pairs are: licorice-pinellia,licorice-poria,licorice-codonopsis,licorice-atractylodes,Coptis chinensis-dandelion,Coptis chinensis-Cotinus coggygria,Pinellia chinensis-Cotinus coggygria,etc.7.Four principal principles are derived from the results of the principal component analysis:(1)Huatanzhikepingchuan medicine + antihypertensive drugs + Huashi medicine + heat-clearing drugs + blood-enriching drugs;(2)Qi-enhancing drugs + qi-regulating drugs + warming Chinese medicine + Huatanzhikepingchuan medicine + Huashi medicine + heat-clearing medicine + blood tonic medicine;(3)Qi regulating medicine + Xiaoshi medicine + Huatan antitussive and asthma medicine + blood circulation and blood stasis medicine;(4)Qi regulating medicine + Wenli medicine + Huatanzhikepingchuan medicine + Huashi medicine + diuresis and dampness medicine + Qingre medicine.Conclusion: 1.Helicobacter pylori is a kind of damp and hot pathological evil gas.The weakness of the spleen and stomach is the basis of the disease.The treatment should be based on the treatment of clearing away heat and dampness,strengthening the spleen and invigorating the deficiency.Qi-lowering drugs,diuretic and damp-wet medicines,and blood circulation and blood stasis medicines.2.The summary of experience in treating Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis from damp-heat theory and the results of literature research mutually confirm that the treatment method based on damp-heat theory has an important role in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related gastritis.
