Purpose:The meta-analysis system was used to evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine on improving non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by adjusting SREBP-1c-related targets.Material and method:Relevant literatures were searched through China How Net,Wanfang Database,Weipu.com,pubmed database,Embase database, and a comprehensive collection of traditional Chinese medicines collected since the establishment of the database until September 1,2019 was used to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease through SREBP-1c A randomized controlled study of animal experiments. Two researchers independently completed the work of literature screening and related data extraction, adopted the SYRCLE scale to evaluate the quality of the literature, applied Rev Man5.3 software for Meta analysis, and used standardized mean difference(SMD)for continuous data indicators.)And its 95%confidence interval(Confidence interval,CI)indicate that drawing a forest map to analyze the research results and conduct a risk assessment of publication bias.Results:1.Include 18 articles, including 4 in English and 14 in Chinese.Animal species include SD rats and Wistar rats.Randomized controlled studies were mentioned in 18 articles,of which 5mentioned random allocation methods, the rest were not mentioned. All studies did not describe allocation sequences, allocation concealment, whether to implement blind methods,etc.2.Meta analysis results show that compared with the model group, the Chinese medicine treatment group can significantly reduce the serum TG in rats(SMD =-1.42,95% CI = [-2.14,-0.71],P <0.0001),TC(SMD =-2.29,95% CI = [-2.97,-1.60],P <0.00001),LDL-C(SMD =-1.86,95% CI = [-2.25,-1.47],P <0.00001),ALT(Alanine aminotransferase)(SMD =-1.94,95% CI = [-2.47,-1.41],P <0.00001),AST(aspartate aminotransferase)(SMD =-2.47,95%CI = [-3.27,-1.67],P <0.00001),HOMA-IR(insulin resistance index)(SMD =-2.4,95% CI= [-3.39,-1.41],P <0.00001),inhibit SREBP-1c m RNA(SMD =-3.07,95% CI = [-3.85,-2.29],P <0.00001),for high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)(SMD =-0.78,95% CI = [-0.02,-1.58],P = 0.06)has no significant effect. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the expression of SREBP-1c,inhibit intrahepatic lipid synthesis in NAFLD rats, improve liver function, and improve insulin resistance.
