The Literature Study On The Treatment Of Renal Edema From The Classical Prescription

Purpose: Through sorting out classical works,modern works and periodical documents of traditional Chinese medicine,this study discussed the law of differentiation and treatment of renal edema treated by classics prescription,which laid a theoretical foundation for further research on treatment of renal edema by classics prescription,and was convenient to guide clinical practice.Method: This subject is based on literature research.Firstly,the ancient naming of renal edema and the understanding of its etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,etiology,pathogenesis,classification,treatment and so on were studied in detail.Secondly,we collected a large number of clinical observation and case reports on the treatment of renal edema by modern meridian prescription,and classified diseases,syndromes,classification,statistics and analysis.To summarize the law of differentiation and treatment of renal edema treated by Meridian prescription.Result: This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is a summary: the research progress,definition,pathogenesis and treatment of renal edema in western medicine and Chinese medicine are discussed in detail.The second part is the ancient literature research: from the edema disease name,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods are discussed.The differentiation of edema can be divided into lung type,spleen type,kidney type,qi type,water type and blood stasis type.The third part is the modern literature research: from the disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation aspect carries on the discussion.According to the treatment of renal edema by the prescription,it is common in five major diseases,such as acute glomerulonephritis,chronic glomerulonephritis,nephrotic syndrome,chronic renal failure,diabetic nephropathy and so on,and the most common diseases are nephritis.Observing from the therapeutic effect,the way of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the curative effect is remarkable,which is popularized by modern clinical treatment of nephropathy.According to differentiation of symptoms and signs,there are six types of renal edema.The pathogenesis and evolution of renal edema are generally caused by exogenous sensation,the sun receives evil,bladder gasification is unfavorable,to yin deficiency heat storage,yin damage to yang,deficiency of kidney yang,both spleen and kidney yang deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,Finally,it developed into a mixture of cold and heat.Conclusion: Ancient physicians provided valuable ideas for modern doctors to treat renal edema and laid a theoretical foundation.Zhongjing pioneered the differentiation of symptoms and signs,and Jing Fang was the representative of it,and modern doctors used it to treat renal edema widely.The curative effect is remarkable,and the time is different,the medical environment is different,the modern doctor often uses the way that differentiates the disease and the differentiation of symptoms to treat the kidney sex edema,has manifested a big innovation of the new era traditional Chinese medicine doctor on the basis of inheriting the traditional Chinese medicine.Although this study lacks of a single medicine for the classics,it is not difficult to find through a large number of documents that the amount of medicine used by modern Chinese medicine in the prescriptions is different from that of the ancients,but all of them have achieved the same therapeutic effect.This also shows that in the current Chinese medicine environment of traditional Chinese medicine a major characteristic.
