Purpose:By using the methods of evidence-based medicine and retrospective analysis, the relevant literature and cases were summarized and analyzed to explore the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis,so as to provide evidence-based medicine for clinic.Materials and methods: Through the computer search of China knowledge Network,Wanfang,VIP Chinese sci-tech journals,Chinese biomedical literature,Pub Med and other databases, search for clinical literature on the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis. The search scope is set from 01 January 2015 to 01 February 2020.The documents that meet the requirements are screened and evaluated, and the results of randomized controlled trials are extracted. The research data were meta-analyzed by Rev Man5.3 software, with clinical efficacy as the main evaluation index, gallbladder function, symptom score and adverse reactions as secondary evaluation indicators.Through a retrospective cohort study, the cases of chronic calculous cholecystitis diagnosed in the outpatients of the affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the second affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2018 to January 31,2020 were summarized.Chaihu Shugan Sanhua prescription was divided into traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group as exposure factors, and age,sex and course of disease were mixed factors. The clinical efficacy, symptom score and gallbladder function after treatment were analyzed and discussed.Results:1.In this study,a total of 179 articles were searched, and finally 16 Chinese articles were included.A total of 1494 patients were included in the study,of which 16 articles studied the total effective rate. The results showed that the RR=1.25,95%CI was(1.20,1.31),P<0.00001,and 3 articles studied the effective rate in the treatment of cholelithiasis. The results showed that RR=1.31,95%CI was(1.16,1.49),P < 0.0001,There were 6 literatures studying symptomscores, the results showed that MD=-2.38,95%CI was(-2.62,-2.13),P < 0.00001),and one article studied adverse reactions and made a descriptive analysis of its research data.2.In the retrospective analysis,48 patients who met the criteria were selected to understand the clinical characteristics of acute anal fissure in 48 children with acute leukemia.Among the48 patients, there were 20 males,28 females,The female-to-male ratio is 1.4:1.P=0.586;In the age group, the middle-aged and elderly(35 cases)accounted for the largest proportion.,P=0.653;21 patients whose course of disease was(4.32?8.22)years,P=0.534;There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P >0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the distribution of age,sex and course of disease(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the distribution of age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference in age,sex and course between the two groups. The comprehensive effective rate analysis was P < 0.05,and there was a comparative significance between the two groups. The normal conditions of the gallbladder wall thickness, sound transmission and roughness of the patients were examined by color ultrasound, and the gallbladder function of the two groups was evaluated and concluded that the effective rate was 96.2% in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group and 54.5% in the western medicine group(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant. The symptoms of pain, fatigue, anorexia, nausea and vomiting, dry mouth, abdominal distension and stool were quantitatively evaluated between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1 The treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has more advantages than western medicine in restoring gallbladder function and improving pain, fatigue, anorexia, nausea and vomiting, dry mouth, abdominal distension, stool and other symptoms.2 The general characteristics of the patients(age, sex, course of disease)had less interference to the analysis results of the two groups.Chaihu Shugan San Hua Cui prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis is superior to simplewestern medicine in clinical efficacy, recovery of gallbladder function and relief of clinical symptoms. The results are consistent with the results of Meta analysis.
