Purpose:To analyze the relationship between plasma Hcy level and malignant tumor, explore the relationship between Hcy level and different TCM Syndromes of malignant tumor, and further study the changes of plasma Hcy level in the anti-tumor with traditional Chinese medicine alone group and the anti-tumor with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group,so as to guide clinical practice.Material and method:The retrospective analysis was adopted.129 patients with malignant tumors who were admitted into the oncology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2018 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 45 patients who underwent physical examination in the outpatient department at the same time were collected to compare the difference of Hcy level between the malignant tumor group and the healthy group.Cluster analysis of TCM syndrome was conducted on the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with malignant tumors to further analyze the differences of Hcy level among different syndromes. The level of Hcy was compared and analyzed before and after treatment in the anti-tumor with traditional Chinese medicine alone group and the anti-tumor with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group.Results:1.The plasma Hcy level in lung cancer group, gynecologic malignant tumor group, breast cancer group and digestive system carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05);the plasma Hcy level in digestive system carcinoma group was statistically different from that in other cancer groups(P < 0.05).2.The TCM syndromes of 129 patients with malignant tumor can be divided into spleen qi deficiency syndrome, stagnation of phlegm-dampness syndrome, stagnation of liver-qi syndrome and deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin from light to heavy. The Hcy level of each TCM syndrome was higher than the normal range, and increases in turn.Hcy level of stagnation of liver-qi syndrome and deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin was significantly higher than that of other syndromes(P < 0.05).3.The level of Hcy in the anti-tumor treatment with traditional Chinese medicine alone group and the anti-tumor treatment with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, with a statistical difference(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in Hcy level between the anti-tumor treatment with traditional Chinese medicine alone group and the anti-tumor treatment with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).However,the Hcy level in the anti-tumor treatment with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group after treatment was lower than that in the anti-tumor treatment with traditional Chinese medicine alone group.Conclusion:1.Hcy can provide reference for the clinical diagnosis of patients with malignant tumors, especially those of the digestive system;2.Hcy increased with the change of syndrome and aggravation of disease in patients with malignant tumor, which could be used to judge the change of disease.3.Anti-tumor therapy can reduce Hcy,suggesting that Hcy is of certain value in efficacy evaluation and prognosis judgment.
