Purpose:To evaluate the measurement properties(e.g,feasibility,reliability,validity and reactivity)of the preliminary version of the scale in coronary heart disease patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.Based on the testing results,the preliminary investigation version was modified with experts proposal.In order to further verify the theoretical framework,structural equation model was used.Material and method:Firstly,to redefine domains and revise items,an experts consensus meeting was held,in combination with the questions encountered by the core group in the preliminary work,conducted in-depth research and discussion on these questions,and provided clear solutions.In addition,Identify research objects and develop investigation procedures.The second,the scale reliability was assessed through split-half reliability,test–retest reliability and internal consistency reliability.Expert consultation and Spearman's rank correlation coefficients were used to evaluate content validity.To confirm the original model of the scale and evaluate dimensionality,exploratory factor analysis was conducted using SPSS to identify distinct domains in the data.Criterion validity was evaluated by Spearman's rank correlation coefficients.Reactivity was evaluated by testing the scales' ability to distinguish people according to their overall treatment effect.Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using AMOS to evaluate construct validity,discriminant validity and convergent validity of the scale.The third,based on the testing results,the preliminary investigation version was modified with experts proposal.Finally,confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using AMOS to evaluate construct validity,discriminant validity and convergent validity of the scale.Results:Based on 87 objects,the scale was established initially.There were three domains including 27 items in the scale.The acceptance rate and completion rate of the scale were96.67% and 100%,respectively.The mean and standard deviation of completion time for the scale were(14.7±2.7)mins.But the first option of BS2.1 has a high selection rate of 82.76%.There is floor effect,which should be eliminated.In data analysis.The split-half reliability,test–retest reliability and internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.987,0.919,0.920.The correlation coefficients between the dimensions or items scores and the total scores all exceeded 0.4.But the correlation coefficients between BS2.2,BS2.3,BS2.4 and disease domain were all greater than 0.7,so BS2.2,BS2.3,BS2.4 were deleted.In construct validity,exploratory factor analysis extracted six common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of the six principal components was 69.939%,which was different from the theoretical framework.In criterion validity,there are certain relationships between total scores and TC,LDL-C,respectively.In addition,Strong correlations were observed between total score and CCSC.In reactivity,the scores of each domain score and the total score were significantly decreased after the treatment.Based on the results of exploratory factor analysis,and combined with experts opinion,the theoretical structure of was further modified.Structural equation model was used to make confirmatory factory analysis.The Goodness of fit on X2/df and RMSEA were 1.308 and 0.060,respectively,indicating that the fitting degree of the model is between general and good.Conclusion:1.Based on the results,four items were deleted with the experts discussion.2.According to the results of exploratory factor analysis and combined with expert opinions,the theoretical framework was modified.The final scale includes 5 domains,22 items.In the confirmatory factor analysis of the scale,the structural equation model shows that the fit of the scale is general,and the theoretical framework needs to be further verified.
