| Purpose:1.To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of muscle injury caused by statins.2.To explore the effect of qingmubaiben Decoction on the muscle injury caused by statins.3.Through the symptom,physical sign,nervous system and laboratory examination of patients,to evaluate the clinical effect of qingmubaiben Decoction in the treatment of muscle injury caused by statins,and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of muscle injury caused by statins.Material and method:From December 2017 to December 2019,60 outpatients from the Department of geriatrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the clinical research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into three groups,20 in group A,20 in group B and 20 in group C.Group A was given coenzyme Q10 capsule,group B was given coenzyme Q10 capsule + qingmubaiben decoction,group C was given qingmubaiben decoction,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe and record the symptoms,signs,nervous system and laboratory examination results of patients before and after treatment,analyze the data with spss25.0 statistical software,and finally draw a conclusion.Results:1.In the improvement of CK level,compared with the same group,except group A after 2weeks of treatment P > 0.05,the rest P < 0.05,indicating that after 4 weeks of treatment,the three groups can improve the CK level,but group B and group C are faster than group A;compared between the three groups,P > 0.05,indicating that there is no difference in the efficacy of the three groups.2.In terms of improving MMT muscle strength level,in the same group,except for group A after 2 weeks of treatment(P > 0.05),the rest were all P < 0.05,indicating that after 4 weeks of treatment,the three groups can improve the muscle strength level,there is no differencebetween group B and group C,group B and group C have faster effect than group A;the comparison between the three groups,P > 0.05,indicating that there is no difference between the three groups.3.In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,the three groups compared in the same group,P <0.05,indicating that TCM syndrome integral improved after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment;the three groups compared,a group compared with B group ABP < 0.05,a group compared with C group ACP < 0.05,B group compared with C group BCP > 0.05,indicating that the improvement of TCM syndrome integral in group B is better than a group,C group is better than a group,B group has no difference with C group.4.In terms of the main muscle symptoms(weakness / numbness / ache),the three groups compared within the same group,P < 0.05,indicating that the main muscle symptoms were improved after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks;the three groups compared,group a compared with group B,ABP < 0.05,group a compared with group C,ACP < 0.05,group B compared with group C,BCP > 0.05,indicating that the improvement of the main muscle symptoms in group B was better than group A,group C was better than group A,group B did not Differences.5.In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect,after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of group A,B and C was 50%,90% and 85% respectively.By statistical analysis,a group compared with B group ABP < 0.05,a group compared with C group ACP <0.05,B group compared with C group BCP > 0.05,indicating that B group curative effect is better than a group,C group curative effect is better than a group,B group and C group curative effect has no difference.6.This study is safe,no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.This study fully confirmed that the basic cause of the muscle injury caused by statins is the deficiency of the body,the standard of the body,the basic etiology and pathogenesis is "deficiency,dampness and toxin",the disease location involves spleen,liver,and small intestine.2.Qingmubaiben decoction can effectively intervene the process of muscle injury caused bystatins,which provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of muscle injury caused by statins.3.Qingmubaiben decoction can reduce CK level,improve patients' muscle strength,TCM syndromes and patients' muscle symptoms,and has good safety. |
