Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Visualized Foraminal Endoscopic Nucleus Extraction Combined With Duhuojijietang In The Treatment Of LDH

Purpose:The clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation treated by visually shaped i ntervertebral foraminal nucleus enucleation combined with Duhuo parasitic Decoction were compared with the treatment of intervertebral foraminal nucleus enucleation.Material and method:Patients selected from June 2017 to December 2019 who received a complete and clear diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in th e Department of Orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditiona l Chinese Medicine,who wanted to undergo a visually shaped endodontic nucleus pul pectomy A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group)according to the random number table method.The cont rol group was treated with purely visualized foraminal nucleus pulpectomy.The treatm ent group was used on the basis of the control group.Duhuo parasitic Decoction is a n oral adjuvant therapy.The patients were treated once in our hospital,and the two g roups were judged for clinical efficacy before treatment,1 day after treatment,1 week after treatment,3 weeks after treatment,using the VAS score,JOA score,and the pe rcentage of efficacy evaluation.Related statistical analysis results.Results:All 80 patients completed clinical treatment,curative effect evaluation and follow-up.80 statistical cases were finally included,including 40 in the treatment grou p and 40 in the control group.After treatment,the patients in the two groups had sig nificantly improved VAS scores,JOA scores,and efficacy evaluations compared to befo re treatment.The differences were statistically significant.Significance(P <0.05).Com pared with the control group,the treatment group had a more significant treatment eff ect,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Visual intervertebral nucleus pulposus enucleation combined with Duhu o parasitic decoction can relieve waist and leg pain,restore limb sensory muscle stren gth,improve physiological function,improve patient's quality of life,and has good cli nical efficacy for LDH.It is suitable for clinical use as a preferred program.
