Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treated by the visual shaping of articular process of intervertebral foramen lens technology and the technology of the minimally invasive retractor with the microscope. Methods:From October 2017 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed 11 month application that the intervertebral foramen lens of articular process visualization shaping technology in the treatment of 32 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation(visual group),and with the microscope of 28 cases of patients with minimally invasive retractor technology to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(minimally invasive group),by comparing the operation time, length of incision, blood loss, bed time, hospitalization days,by using Visual Analogue scale(Visual Analogue Score,VAS),the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and JOA(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores)before and after surgery were recorded. The efficacy of the last follow-up was recorded by MacNab standard, and the complications of surgery were recorded.Results:60 patients were successfully completed surgery, visual and minimally invasive group,3 days,3 months,6 months postoperatively in patients with lumbar pain VAS,lower limb pain VAS and ODI and JOA score no significant statistical difference, but the visual group of patients with operation time, length of incision, blood loss, bed time, hospitalization days, respectively, compared with minimally invasive group, the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);At the last follow-up,the modified MacNab efficacyscore was used for grading: visual group: excellent in 22 cases, good in 7 cases, acceptable in 2 cases, and poor in 1 case, with an overall excellent and good rate of90.1%;Minimally invasive group: excellent in 18 cases, good in 6 cases, acceptable in 3cases,poor in 1 case, overall excellent and good rate was 85.7%.Conclusion:The Intervertebral foramen lens of articular process visualization shaping technology and the technology of the minimally invasive retractor with the microscope to treat lumbar disc herniation postoperative follow-up results and long-term clinical curative effect, but the visual shaping of articular process of intervertebral foramen lens technology has small trauma, low risk of anesthesia, less bleeding, faster recovery, fewer complications, and low cost, easy for a young doctor,is worth popularizing in clinical.
