Objective:To observe the recovery of related indexes of liver function in patients with cholelithiasis after the addition of LBP,and compare with the basic treatment plan,to evaluate the effect of LBP on the recovery of damaged liver function in patients with cholelithiasis. Methods: The 60 included patients were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each by the random number table method. The treatment group received basic treatment plus oral administration of LBP.The control group received basic treatment.Curative effect indexes of both groups were recorded before and after treatment, and then compared and analyzed statistically.Results:1.Comparison of serum transaminase(ALT?AST)indexes between the two groups before and after treatment: the serum transaminase(ALT?AST)indexes of the two groups recovered to different degrees compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The recovery of serum transaminase(ALT?AST)index in the experimental group was more significant than that in the conventional treatment group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of blood biochemical(TB?DB?TBA)indexes between the two groups before and after treatment: The blood biochemical(TB?DB?TBA)indexes of the two groups recovered to different degrees compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The recovery of blood biochemical(T B?DB?TBA)indexes in the experimental group was more significa nt than that in the conventional treatment group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)index between the two groups before and after treatment: the serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)of the two groups recovered to different degrees compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The serum phosphatase(AKP)index of the experimental group recovered more significantly than that of the conventional treatment group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of total length of hospital stay between the two groups before and after treatment: The difference of total length of hospital stay between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total length of hospitalization in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment: the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 100%,but the test group(93.3%)higher than the conventional group(63.3%),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group has a good therapeutic effect on the impaired liver function of patients with cholelithiasis, with significant improvement on the liver function of patients and no obvious adverse reactions in clinical application. However, this study lacks large sample size and needs further clinical study.
