| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei 425 he prescription combined with fenmatong in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced premature ovarian insufficiency with kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome,including menstruation,systemic symptoms,hormone levels and so on.At the same time,the safety of drugs was detected by blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and so on.To clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of Jiawei 425 he prescription combined with fenmatong in improving chemotherapy-induced premature ovarian insufficiency,and to explore its possible mechanism,so as to find a more effective,safe and convenient method for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced premature ovarian insufficiency with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and bring more possibilities for female tumor patients to improve their quality of life.Methods:According to the method of random number table,60 patients with kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome of chemotherapy-induced premature ovarian insufficiency were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group: fenmatong(2/10 mg complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tables compound packaging),one tablet a day,first take brick red tablets for 14 days,then take yellow tablets for 14 days,eachcycle for 28 days,the third day of menstruation continue to take a week of fenmatong;if menstruation does not come,then continue to take the next cycle of fenmatong.Treatment group: in addition to the above-mentioned control group,Jiawei 425 he prescription was given one dose a day for 24 days in each cycle.If menstruation comes to menstruation,stop taking,wait for the fifth day of menstruation to continue to take a cycle;if menstruation does not come to menstruation,then continue to take the next cycle of traditional Chinese medicine.The changes of menstruation,systemic symptoms and hormone levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed after taking the menstrual cycle for 3 consecutive days.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 0,the significant effective rate was 13.33%,the effective rate was 80.00%,and the overall effective rate was 93.33%.The cure rate of the control group was 0,the significant effective rate was 3.33%,the effective rate was 70.00%,and the overall effective rate was 73.33%.There was significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the curative effect and total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P< 0.05),and there was also statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P< 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05),but there was statistical significance before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group were effective.There were no adversereactions and drug side effects in the course of treatment.Conclusion:Jiawei 425 he prescription combined with fenmatong can effectively improve the menstruation,clinical symptoms and hormone levels of patients with chemotherapy-induced premature ovarian insufficiency.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve menstruation.From the systemic symptoms and the overall curative effect,the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment group,which is safe and reliable and can be widely used in clinic. |
