| Objective: This research is mainly about the age-appropriate polycystic ovary syndrome patients as the observation object,to evaluate the improvement of symptoms,follicle development and changes in ovarian hemodynamics of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome by acupuncture combined with auricular points,and to provide a new way of treatment for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group,8 cases were shed,52 cases were effective,27 cases were in the trial group and 25 cases in the control group.The test group selected sub-Liao,uterus,Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Shenshu,Taichong and other points,leaving acupuncture for 30 min,once a day,10 times a menstrual cycle.Ear points selected uterus,ovary,liver,spleen,kidney,endocrine,brain pituitary,left and right ear alternate,every 5 days,continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycle as a course of treatment.the control group began oral clomiphene 50 mg(1 tablet/day)at the 5th day of the menstrual cycle or the 5th day of progesterone retreat bleeding.At 12 weeks of treatment,scores of symptoms were recorded at the time of entry,4th,8th and 12 th weeks;dominant follicular development,changes in endometrial thickness and peak systolic velocity(PSV)of the uterine spiral artery,end-diastolic velocity(PDV)ratio(S/D);resistance index(RI);and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.chinese medicine symptom score: the chinese medicine symptom score before the treatment of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(p >0.05),the two groups were comparable.Treatment period: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.05)after the first,second,and third treatment,indicating that the two groups could improve the clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome.There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups after the first or second treatment(p >0.05),which indicated that the short-term trial group was quite effective compared with the control group.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of mature follicles before treatment(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable;treatment period: the difference between the two groups after the third treatment and before treatment was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups had therapeuticeffect on follicular development;between the two groups,there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the third treatment(P < 0.05),and the control group The number of mature follicles was more than that of the experimental group,indicating that the effect of the control group was better than that of the experimental group.3.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p >0.05)between the left and right uterine spiral arteries RI before treatment,and the two groups were comparable;the treatment period: the difference was statistically significant between the two groups after the first,second,third treatment and before treatment,indicating that the treatment of the two groups could improve the uterine spiral artery RI.4.There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Treatment period: the difference between the two groups after the treatment of the first,second,third cycle and before treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups had an impact on the thickness of endometrium;the comparison between the two groups,the treatment of the first cycle between the two groups and the control group had no significant difference in the thickness of endometrium(P > 0.05),after the treatment of the second,third cycle,the difference was statistically significant The results showed that the thickness of endometrium in the experimental group increased,while that in the control group decreased.After the second treatment,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with auricular points can improve the clinical symptoms,endometrial thickness,blood flow resistance and follicular development of patients with polycystic ovary.2.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with auricular points on the resistance of uterine spiral artery was slightly lower than that of clomiphene.3.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with auricular points on endometrial thickness was better than clomiphene. |
