Clinical Observation Of Gengnian Gushu Recipe In The Treatment Of Osteoporosis Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of gengnian gushu prescription in the treatment of patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency osteoporosis,so as to provide clinical basis for further improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis.Method : In this study,60 patients with osteoporosis who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of endocrinology,the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine.30 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.After removing the shedding cases(1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group),a total of 57 cases were actually completed,including 29 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with gennian gushu prescription,and the control group was treated with ossification triol capsule.The total course of treatment was 2 months,changes in clinical symptoms,VAS pain score,bone mineral density,serum Ca,P,ALP levels and other indicators of patients in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions after medication were observed to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.General comparison: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in age,sex and course of disease(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.2.Comparison of TCM efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of VAS pain scores: VAS pain scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of bone mineral density: there was no significant improvement in bone mineral density before and after treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05).6.Comparison of serum Ca,P and ALP: before and after treatment,serum Ca,P and ALP in the two groups improved(P<0.05),and after treatment,the effect of thetreatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:More years bone thin side liver and kidney Yin deficiency type osteoporosis with obvious therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the patient's symptoms of TCM and related biochemical indicators,improve the quality of life,safety without adverse reaction.
