Chief TCM Physician Zheng Weiqin Analyzes The Medication Experience Of Stage ?~? Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective: This project is to analyze Pro.Zheng Weiqin's clinical law of medication,which is used to treat Stage II ~ III EOC.First we screened out the medical records of Pro.Zheng.Next we input the records into the TCMISS V2.5 which is used to analyze the prescriptions.Then we objectively clarified and summarized the law of her treatment.In addition,data mining is expected to analyze the mutual regularity among the symptoms,syndromes,methods,prescriptions,and drugs.Last,we objectively summed up her prescription.Methods: 1.According to the inclusion criteria,300 prescriptions of EOC treated by Pro.Zheng from Jan.2014 to Jun.2019 were screened out,and the prescriptions of those patients were entered into the TCMISS V2.5 by myself.To ensure the accuracy,the data were audited by Pro.Cheng Jun who is my tutor after the completion.2.The function of "drug analysis" with the "data analysis" in the “TCMISS V2.5” was used to analyze the frequency of drug use,drug pairs and the law of prescription composition.Results: 1.Pro.Zheng,under the guidance of Xu Lingtai's thought of "special disease prescription",considered that the basic prescription of Ovarian cancer is Sijunzi Decoction and Sini powder which is added or s ubtracted as follows: astragalus,radix pseudostellariae,bupleuri root,fructus aurantii,radix paeoniae alba,taxus.Astragalus and radix pseudostellariae are the monarchs in the prescription.Sini powder is the minister,and taxus is the adjuvant.Commonly added drugs are nightshade,solanum lyratum,cymose buckwheat rhizome,rabdosia rubescens,fruit of medicinal cornel,etc.2.TCMISS V2.5 shows that:(1)the proportion of four properties are : cold drugs accounted for 36.6827%,hot drugs 0.0320%,warm drugs 26.0548%,cool drugs 8.4051%,flat drugs 28.8248%.(2)Bitter,sour,sweet,salty,astringent and spicy drugs were respectively accounted for 30.6608%,8.5136%,34.9673%,2.9967%,5.9337% and 16.9280%.(3)The top 5 meridian attributions are: liver meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.(4)There are 153 pairs of drugs with frequencies more than 50,including 28 herbs,and 312 pairs with frequencies more than 25 herbs,including 40 herbs.The commonly used drugs were:astragalus,radix pseudostellariae,bupleuri root,fructus aurantii,radix paeoniae alba,taxus,nightshade,solanum lyratum,cymose buckwheat rhizome,rabdosia rubescens,etc.(5)We got 22 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions.Conclusion: The rules of diagnosis and treatment of EOC are the special prescription methods,we must consider the type of diseases as the first step,differentiating syndromes is the second step.We have put forward a theory that the pathogenesis of EOC is "earth deficiency and wood depression".Sijunzi Decoction and Sini powder are the main treatment,which is based on the liver and spleen.The core law of medication adjustment is that strengthen Qi and dissipate pathogenic knots.
